I wouldn’t recommend any other company than Green Air. The whole installation process was handled with great care. Isaiah was outstanding in handling the whole operation. Exceptional work! Would use Green Air again

We did a major remodel of our home and Green Air did an exceptional job on various aspects of our remodel. They installed solar panels on the roof + a battery storage system, they repaired both of our furnaces and both of our AC’s, installed brand new HVAC through the whole house with individual zones, installed the downdraft in our kitchen for our stove, and installed a heat pump for our pool. Every installation they did was very professional, on time, and they always answered all of our questions with great detail (at all hrs of the day!). We have never had any issues with our systems and it has been 1 year since everything was done. The Green Air team continues to provide great customer service!

Green Air installed a 15kw solar panel system, 3 power walls, all new duct work for our central air system, and repaired 2 furnaces. From the beginning of our contact, Green Air has always been very responsive in all forms of communication (email, text, and phone calls) and professional. Our solar system was installed within 2 weeks of contract signing, and we have not had any issues with roof leaks, or solar panels not working. During the this current supply chain crisis, Green Air was able to fix both of our furnaces during the coldest months of the winter by securing rare parts so that we wouldn't freeze in our own home. Green Air's team has always been on time, very professional, and everyone has always provide excellent customer service.

In December we started to gather some quotes from local companies for a new Heater and A/C (and not to thrilled with the lack of expertise), I decided to look a bit further away from our city (Brentwood). I stumbled across Green Air and also noticed a friend of mine used them! They were very professional during the quote process and walked and talked us through everything!

Fast Forward: About two week ago our A/C broke down (was about time). We had already had set everything up with Green Air, but we didn't expect the A/C to break down. After we returned from a camping trip I called Nicholas to see if we could move up our build date. Obviously with the Heat Wave coming, I didn't think they would be able to squeeze us in. To our good fortune Nicholas called us back and in two days they would start the process (thank you!!!!). They came out on a Thursday and Friday to work on the job (mind you this was the severe heat 105-110 temperatures). Alex and Derrick not only worked for two days in those horrendous temperatures but they were very professional and polite the entire time!

We had a dual zone heat pump installed and compared to our old A/C this is so quiet! We also had Green Air add some solar to the house!

The entire process with Green Air was very smooth and very professional!

Had Nick install solar about 8 years ago. Everything went exceedingly well. Since then, I have referred many friends and acquaintances to Green Air. As a business owner this is something I almost never do. Green Air has been out a few times since then to repair things on my old HVAC system. Most recently yesterday. They have always shown up at the promised time and done everything they could to get me back up and running in the shortest possible time. Prices are reasonable, everyone at the company is honest, and the service is excellent. A very good combination.

I was at Lowe’s in Concord buying lumber and needed help in lowering the plywood from a high rack Mark of Green Air was also there to purchase the same plywood. We partnered up and managed to get the lumbers for each other . Marks action speaks volumes for Green Air’s operation and hiring of right caring personnel . Wish more operations were like Green Sir and Mark!!!

Nick and Green Air just installed 9.1kW rooftop solar (21 Maxeon panels), two Tesla PowerWall+, a Tesla Inverter/Gateway, two SPAN panels, and all of this communicates together controlled by the Tesla app. I had a friend that installed this rig, and frankly, Nick was the only vendor that thoroughly understood it and had experience. Green Air was timely, clear, estimates and invoicing were clear and accurate, professional, the install and conduit routing is very well done and looks great, and the team members friendly and courteous. I couldn't be any happier, I'd like to give six stars. We just had an all day PG&E outage, and this system flawlessly kept everything running. Solar is not just about saving energy costs, it is also about reliable power and energy backup (without requiring gas like a generator). They were very helpful on Solar Credits, and our tax rebate of 30% made it very affordable! I can recommend them highly.

We can't speak highly enough of Green Air. They have put in our Tesla backup house batteries, our solar rooftop system and heat pumps. So you can see, we have used them three times now and each time it has been a delight: their work was done properly, efficiently, and was reasonably priced. Their service is exceptional. Absolutely delightful to work with them. Workpeople and ownership are great and responsive. We give them our highest recommendation.

Received service about a month or so ago. The service was good. Some fixes were recommended. I asked for a quote but they bundled several items that I had deferred to a later time. They kept pushing for a monthly subscription that would save some money with repairs and received Docusign emails but never received the updated quote despite reaching out to them 3-4 times. A few minutes ago sent them a note stating that I guess they are not interested in the business and that I would reach out to another company and no response was required.

Green Air always has my trust. Just had a thermostat issue and they sent Ben to fix it. Ben was great! He got the problem solved, and explained in details about energy efficiency and latest HVAC technology progress and trends. It was a good conversation and learning.

This review related to solar panels, battery storage, HVAC, and roof replacement (yes, crazily did all four). We decided last year to get a solar and battery backup due to frequent brownouts and blackouts as well as skyrocketing electrical bills. In addition, our gas fired furnace and AC unit were 30 years old (so time for a more updated and efficient solution). We had to throw in the roof since it was at least 30 years old.

We settled on wanting to try and find one contractor for all three major projects to simplify the installation overhead and management on my part as well as more leverage from a negotiating perspective. Not an easy requirement. There are a number of companies that do two out of the three, but not all three. We ended up settling on four potential candidates with two providing all three and two providing two or one of the required solutions. By far Green Air did the best job of engaging during the project scoping and pricing phases and was really the only ones who physically came out (multiple times) to look over the house and environment to scope any issues (which we had a number of pre-existing issues). This high touch and engagement gave us the confidence that they would be able execute on a complex project.

As with all projects with this level of complexity, there are always unforeseen issues that come up and in all of the cases Green Air got the right people to address the issues and keep the project moving forward.

Since the completion of the project last July, we've had a couple of times where we've required service and Green Air has been outstanding in coming out and providing the requested services.

I'm a new homeowner and this company called me telling me that I'm due for a new furnace air filter. They said it had to be next week because they were going to be at the property next week and that this was part of HOA. After asking lots of questions and getting conflicting answers, they then asked to confirm my address. I told them they should have that. they then proceeded to give my my old address and then the address from where I grew up. From my perspective, the person trying to book my business was conning me. I don't know if they're even with green air furnace, but that's who they said the company was. He said the MY HOUSE WAS DUE FOR A NEW FILTER... BUT HE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW MY ADDRESS. What a con.
