Nick, Jayman, Alex and Francois are the best. We had the usual new tech issues with the heat pump and solar battery, and they were always here to help out and set things right. Several years after the install too.

We had Green Air put solar on our home and are very pleased with the outcome. They were efficient, polite, and patient with our questions and concerns. We wouldn’t hesitate to refer them or use them again in the future.

My family and I have lived in Concord for about 4 years with NO air conditioning! Green Air was recommended to us by my husband's co-worker who recently had solar installed by Green Air. They came highly recommended! They not only install solar, they also provide HVAC installs. Our house is old, no HVAC ducts, just wall heaters (terrible!). Nick, the owner of Green Air came to our house for a quote, at first we were all in for HVAC with duct work. Well Nick gave us a quote for traditional (ducted) HVAC and ductless HVAC with solar. Nick's quote was too good to pass up. We ended with ductless HVAC and solar. Nick had great communication skills that my husband and I did not feel pressured or "out of the loop" . He made sure that all our questions and concerns were addressed before the project started. His crew came on time every day and they treated our house with respect. I observed the crew work well with one another (great team chemistry). They did a "clean cut" job and were very efficient. Nick followed up with us everyday of the project. He made sure that we were completely satisfied with the outcome of our project.

We now have ductless Air conditioning and Heating throughout our home. Also we have solar as well. Our ductless system is powered fully by electricity therefore cutting down on our gas bill. Our solar will help decrease our electricity bill, too. Although many may shy away from a ductless system, due to the units that hang on the wall. I personally don't mind at all.

I would definitely recommend Green Air to any of my family and friends. We are so happy that we had Green Air complete our HVAC and solar needs.They get the job done right! Thank you Nick and his amazing crew (Aziz, Frank, Jeremy, Jimmy sorry if i left anybody out), you guys are awesome!

When you find a company that is there for you, a company that is dependable and goes more than the extra mile to keep its customers happy, that is one you want to hold on to; one that you hope will be there for the long run. Green Air is just such a company. Owner Nick Donzelli is just outstanding. I trust him without reservation. His employees are very skilled and fun to be around, a perfect match. They take time to explain items I have questions and concerns about. The office staff - Marquisha in particular is a pleasure to work with; very prompt in getting to me items I need to be aware of to complete a job efficiently. I am extremely satisfied with the HVAC and solar projects they have done for me - and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

We've been using Green Air for several years now - and we contacted Green Air just before the holidays because our HVAC was only blowing cold air. Our request was responded to the same day, and Nick was out to inspect and trouble shoot the system within a day of response. After inspection replacement parts were identified/needed, so Nick informed us he would contact Lennox order the parts and be back out. We knew since it was during holidays there might be a delay, but we were up and running the minute Nick received the parts. Fast Response time, Easy Communication, excellent customer service.

The Green Air guys were amazing. Did an HVAC overhaul and installed a new Solar setup. They were professional and on top of everything, from drafting plans to permitting. After given the runaround by the national guys (Sunrun, Sunpower, etc) I'm so glad I went local and with these guys. Would definitely recommend.

Green Air installed and has serviced the AC units in our home, They are very reliable and very knowledgeable. They promptly return phone calls and there receptionist is so courteous. They provided me with a clear cost breakdown. And the installation staff are very friendly and very competent. They are willing to schedule to meet our needs. In short, I highly recommend this company for your AC needs.

Nick and Green Air installed our Solar One year ago, it has exceeded its projected output and works great! The work was started and completed on time and Green Air completed all the extra work such as getting permits from the city of Benicia. Green Air employees cleaned up their work site daily and they were a pleasure to work with. I love the fact that we have shrunk our carbon footprint.

Nick and his team handled a large project for us in Aug of 2018. It started with Nick coming over to look at my furnace that just went out. Nick gave me some honest feedback and some options. During the visit he did not once mention he does roofing and solar. I point this out as a positive as I never once felt like he was selling me. He simply informed me on my options and potential costs. After some follow up discussion I then discovered he also offers solar. We ended up penciling out the cost and it made sense to make the move to solar. As we were getting ready to start we ran into issues with my roof. Concerned on what to do, Nick was able to provide a solution and at a reasonable cost. Again I point out that not once did I fee pressured to move forward with the project. Ultimately his team was able to install a custom HVAC system, upgrade my roof, and install solar. I wanted to wait at least a year to provide a review so that I could check my actual electricity saves to what was being projected. Turns out Nick was right on the money. The size of my solar project is producing the expected savings and my roof looks great. Nick has always been available for follow up questions and really seems to be passionate about his work. He has a is very knowledgeable about the costs and tax credits. I highly recommend talking to Nick if you have any HVAC or Solar needs.

These guys actually know what they are doing and do what they say they are going to do. They are capable in many areas including installing solar panels, Tesla batteries and also HVAC. They complete the whole job with their own employees rather than using outside contractors. We were really pleased with the results on three separate jobs. Thanks.

Solar was a big investment for us and was something we knew nothing about other than it was supposed to help save money on our utilities. Green Air walked us through every phase from purchase through installation and made the whole process easy, quick, and professional.

Four stars because a little more guidance and knowledge on after installation would have been helpful. Such as, true up on our utility bill, monitoring and maintenance. That being said we would choose Green Air again.

Green Air did a great job for us installing our Tesla Powerwall in 2020, and they have been there for us since. We have solar panels that are not from Tesla, and they worked very cooperatively with our solar installer to make the system work. We have not had any issues since the installation until recently, when Verizon discontinued 3G wireless support, and Tesla switched to a Wifi connection for their gateway to the web. Problem was, and is, that the Wifi connection on the version 1 Tesla gateway isn't stable - just won't stay connected. Tesla customer service said yeah, we have about 7,000 customers in that situation....but stopped there. No solution offered other than to make it a wired ethernet connection to the gateway. Enter Green Air to the rescue! They came out today and helped with poking a hole in an exterior wall, and opening up the gateway to make the connection. I appreciate knowing that Green Air will be there for any future problems, and highly recommend them. Go Solar! Go Green Air!

Our solar was installed on our house earlier this year. I found Nick and Green Air to be extremely professional, responsive to questions, and started and completed the job on time. Nick has a very strong work ethic, and was competitive in his pricing as compared to other companies. It's also nice to know that PG & E is now my customer!

The Green Air team was wonderful. I was very nervous about choosing a company to install my solar panels and system. They not only took the time to explain things in a way I could easily understand, but they kept me in the loop for every step of the process. The work was done quickly and without hassle. Fair pricing compared to other companies I had reached out to. I will definitely be utilizing them for maintence and often reccomend them to friends and family looking for solar and hvac. Nick the owner sold us an overpriced $40,000 cash solar system (no battery) with panels that are no longer manufactured and that consistently since day 1 produce inadequate solar for our usage. We hired Nick/Green Air because he advertises as a “solar consultant” who claimed to sell us a system with adequate power and quality parts. We got neither. In trying to deal with Nick, his behavior has been vicious, erratic, and obscenely arrogant. He called my wife the C-word in front of his children (after we attempted to work with him amicably to get the solar system we paid for).

I highly recommend avoiding doing business with Nick Donzelli or Green Air because he is dishonest, unethical businessman (and person).

I've been a customer of Green Air for over 10 years. I just recently had them come out for service on my HVAC system for my annual maintenance which I have them do every Fall. Most years everything is fine, but this year they found a minor issue that needed to be addressed and took the time to show me the problem, and educate me on the corrective action and why it needed to be fixed. As a homeowner I understand HVAC systems need work from time to time, not every contractor has skilled employees like Green Air who take the time to truly inspect your system, and go beyond by providing the information needed to make an informed decision.
