Fantastic customer service, great work replacing 2 units for us!

I first met Said after a prior contractor sent from my home warranty totally dropped the ball-that is another story. Said came to my house personally did the inspection and also found that the heating/blower unit in my house was the original from when my house was built and also needed to be replaced. He submitted all recommendations and the warranty company approved. I could always reach Said if I had any questions - not once did I ever have to wait. And professional, the man wrote the book on being a professional in business.

The new AC and Heating system came in and he assigned his crew to be at my house. They were on time, very polite and respectful of our home both inside and outside. The work was done in a manner you just don't see today. After the work was done Said came back out and inspected everything which really impressed me, as he had worked all day and made the drive to put the final touch on the work.

I wish the home warrant company had sent East Bay Heating and Cooling from the start and I would have had everything installed so much faster than being given the run around and ignored from the original contractor. That place needs to take notice of how Said runs his business.

In ending, if you are having any issues with AC/Heating, plumbing - look nowhere else but East Bay Heating and Cooling. You will not regret it.

needed a diagnosis and repair of A/C unit during heatwave. Said, the owner, found a spot in his schedule to come out and quickly realized I needed a new capacitor which he carries in his van. All done and working in 20 minutes for a reasonable cost. Super nice guy too!

Said, the owner of this business came and tuned up my air conditioner. He also helped me get a filter into my furnace that the company that installed it had failed to install when the furnace was replaced at NO EXTRA CHARGE. Great service, knowledgeable, quick and thorough. I would highly recommend Said and East Bay Heating & Cooling to anyone with heating, air conditioning, or any other HVAC needs!

Craig and Said were terrific. We had contacted East Bay to get a second opinion on our unit. Craig came out first and did a very thorough inspection of our unit. He first diagnosed that our unit had been leaking, something the other company never even mentioned. Craig gave us a breakdown of what work we would need to have done and an idea of cost. The office folks did a great job working with our home warranty and getting us set up for our appointment.
Said came out and practically installed a new unit and we are totally cool.
Overall, Easy Bay Cooling was extremely professional, on time, clearly communicated every step and what we could expect.
The best part aside from the great service, was they did the work for significantly less than what the first guy told us.

Said was able to quickly diagnose my air conditioning problem. He has been doing the job for many years and is very knowledgeable of how the systems work. The quote was very reasonable and Bryant is a reputable product. The installation went well and they cleaned up after they finished. I would recommend them for any future air conditioning needs.

I worked with East Bay Heating and cooling this past month for a home ductwork and hybrid heat pump system quote for my home in Dublin. From the beginning they were very professional and made every effort to help us get the installation done as quickly as possible (especially having an infant at home) and with the best price possible. These guys will take care of you. 100% recommend doing business with them again in the future!

Said is the most kind and diligent person. It was a heatwave and needed an appointment ASAP. Said came the same day and fixed our capacitor and changed the filter all within 20 min. It was working again. 3 days later, there was another issue since the AC did not cool quickly. He came back the same day I called and helped us with a product as a favor. He was very kind, patient and very knowledgeable about AC and heating. He answered all my questions patiently. I would highly recommend calling Said for any AC, heating, HVAC issues. Excellent service. I called to request service due to heater failed to turn on. They treated my attempt to diagnose issue with empathy and at my request sent Technicians same day to diagnose the issue. Not once was I ask sign up for an agreement or maintenance plan. I appreciate the professionalism throughout the process of repairing our heater.

Changed from a 1 ton system to a 2 system, could feel immediate difference in cooling my house. Said made a correction on my old Thermostat with a smart Thermostat which is very easy to use. He and his crew were very professional ! Thank you all.

We had a unit that was about 14 years old and we spent some money repairing it last year and it was failing again this year and I did not want to put more money into an older unit. I called East Bay and they came out within a day of my call, figured out what was wrong with it, and provided estimates to fix and/or replace it. I decided to replace it and within a few days of my approval the unit was replaced at a reasonable price. They were awesome to work with and if we have any heating or air conditioning needs in the future they will get our business again!

We called them in again for our second unit and they came to the rescue - they are the best!!!!

I had a furnace that was left in poor shape from a previous owner. It never turned on when the weather was cold. Turned out that the furnace was so old that there was some bad repairs in the past. Someone had attempted to wire in a switch to enable the blowers instead of having the thermostat control it.

Said came by as recommended by my property insurance group and took a look at it. He eventually figured out the manual switch and recommended replacement of the entire unit. I went for a few days on the old furnace before realizing what a hassle it is to be turning the blower on and off in the middle of the night. We agreed on a full replacement but I also requested an AC unit be put in.

He came by a few times to discuss the plan with me. Originally I wanted a heat pump and we discussed the work and cost. Since the home already had central heating ducts, an ac furnace combo would be the easiest solution since the AC can be connected to the furnace which is connected to the ducts.

Originally we planned on going into the attic to attach the cooling lines but after removing the furnace, there was a clear path from the crawl space. This made the work significantly cleaner since we could go through the vents from the crawl space instead of through stucco walls. Overall, his team worked fast and kept me in the loop every step of the way. He even set up a Google Nest which now allows me to control HVAC through my phone.

Said did a great job checking out our furnace for the season startup. We have a more complicated 3 - zone system and everything checked out OK. Said explains well how the system should work and what the codes mean showing on the furnace motherboard. He has been our go-to guy for several years now in keeping our HVAC system working as it should.

Our a/c and furnace would not start. East Bay heating and cooling came within 24 hours and diagnosed the problem. They ordered the part and replaced it the next day. The techs were very professional, clean, knowledgeable and kind. They have a very nice dispatcher to help schedule. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them.

As promised the team showed up exactly at 9:30 am. Being a witness at a similar installation done years ago I was highly impressed with the quality of the tools being used. The technicians were polite and they answered all my questions in an easy to understand manner. The removal of the old system happened quickly, all the new components were positioned correctly then the prep work followed ensuring a flawless installation. I was not at all surprised to see the system working properly for the first time. What a difference it makes to have a team of techs doing such a professional job. Towards the end, they double check everything and cleaned up thoroughly. I highly recommend this team of professionals, it just feels good when treated good.
