Moses was great today. Finished all required work in an orderly and professional manner. Explaioned all aspects of his service and made a few recommendations proactive future maintenance.

Arielle provided our 6 mo. maintenance check by this week. Her service was excellent. She is very professional and knowledgeable service. Fresci's service has always been good, but Arielle went beyond by washing coils, showing pictures of her readings, and explaining what they meant.

This would've been a five star review, but I'm giving it three based on my interactions in the process. The installers did work very hard and did a good job in their work and the tech that came to help ensure that it was working was very thorough in the process of getting the equipment to run as intended. David chili and Fab. The reason I did not put the final two stars was the initial Assessment of the scope of work to be performed and advantages disadvantages as I switched from a traditional furnace to a heat pump. There is a slight change in the way the heating and cooling is provided when switching from propane gas to heat pump, I would've liked to have been informed of what differences I would expect when switching from one to another.

Moses who serviced our unit is a very detailed technician. He is very professional in answering all all questions and inquiries. Moses is a very valuable asset to the company and has a bright future ahead of him.

Kevin Sheehan came out twice, first for fall furnace prep and second to install a new igniter. Fantastic service--courteous helpful service, clear explanations, prompt arrivals, careful, accurate work. We could not be happier.

Freschi sent Hugo the day we called for a furnace issue, and he solved it within minutes. He was also very honest and super helpful in our (many) follow up questions. Would be happy to work with Hugo again!

Kevin was amazing he is very knowledgeable. He is professional and friendly and is a good communicator. He did a detailed inspection and diagnosed my issues. He is an asset to freshi and deserves a huge raise and bonus. Doing my install were David and Vili both were professional and skilled they did a great job and they cleaned up leaving no trace that they were here . I had to turn the air conditioner down because it works so well.

Hugo our service tech provided a through cleaning and inspection of our HVAC system during our semi-annual maintenance plan. He was quick and informative. If left me with confidence that our system was preforming as per specs.

I had the best experience with Freschi team. My A/C unit stop working on one of the hottest days and every where I called was a week away from servicing. Freschi was the only one that could come the next day. They were 6 hours ahead of the original time of service and I was delighted that about the change. The team was very professional and knowledgeable. They got my unit working in no time. It was quick and we are all so happy that our house is cool again for all of us, specially for my fur baby. Thank you, thank you!!!

Dustin and Johnny showed up within the window stated. Dustin listened attentively and diagnosed the issue with razor sharp precision, then corrected the problem and thoroughly verified the results. Johnny informed us about options available, as our system is 15+years old, and he did so without high pressure sales effort. It was a pleasant experience and I will ask for them specifically when I have another maintenence due. All of it was part of the Advantage program that we pay for monthly, so no other payments today!

Technician was on time. Polite and professional. Seemed to do a thorough job. Been with Fresco for a few years now to maintain my hvac. Always excellent service 2x each year.

Fab was very knowledgeable. He explains things very clearly and was a true professional. I hope more technicians can learn from his expertise! He talked me into upgrading my service and I’m glad I did. If anything goes wrong with any of my equipment, it will be replaced. And they change my filter every 4 months. Thanks again Fab. You are top notch!!

Fabian Montoya did an outstanding maintenance job on my HVAC system. Timely arrival, meticulous attention to detail, and willingness to explain clearly what he was doing and why at each step of the process. Definitely 5 stars!!!

I was most impressed by the knowledge and skill of the Freschi representative, Fabian Montoya. He took time to not only completely service the system Freschi installed, but when asked, explained the processes actions.
Expectations were exceeded beyond anything I could have hoped for.

Our regular plumbing business went out of business after many years. I didn’t know Freschi now does plumbing. I called Freschi and was happy with Sal Diaz who took care of our drain problem. Freschi has been our HVAC goto for over 30+ years and now will be our plumbing goto. We used the $99 special coupon and it saved us $$.

I would like to thank Moses Gonzalez on his professionalism as well as his work. I wish every employee was as considerate, and honest as he is. This is the second time he has service my heater air conditioner and I trust every word that the young man has to say.

To I had an appointment for the HVAC the Tech was great! He was on time and explained what he was working on. He made me aware of a new monthly payment program . I think that this a great upgrade for me.

Fabian did an excellent job on a semi-annual PM service of our Lennox heat pump system. He called to notify about 40 minutes before arrival. He checked all the standard parameters and explained clearly the various test points and expected values, more thoroughly than most previous service technicians. Very professional and personable.

He’s sharp and has worked in all the departments of Freschi Service Experts, so he brings a broad perspective to the customer interface. Our 8 year HVAC has had relatively light duty in our mild climate zone. It has been on the PM program and worked since installation, but Fabian discovered that the system was not heating sufficiently to a higher temperature (e.g. only ^~15 deg. rather ^~30+ deg. higher at registers) when thermostat setting was increased ~15 deg. above ambient. This did not meet specifications and he confirmed it was because a circuit board jumper had not been properly clipped upon original installation for this unit. He clipped the jumper, fixing the problem. Retesting showed the heat gain was corrected.
