As long term customers we have always had great service. Today took the service to excellent. I am new to being the gatekeeper for the AC and heating maintenance. Arielle arrived promptly and I explained I needed to be educated. She was excellent. Patient, knowledgeable, provided easily understood responses to my questions. She respected my position and truly went the extra mile to understand each of the annual maintenance appointments. Thank you to the Freschi Team you never disappoint and I hope to see Arielle on my next appointment.

I've been a customer for many years. Today Fabian was on time, professional, and effficient doing a regular 6- month maintenance check. He replaced the filter on my Lennox HVAC system, as requested. Excellent service, delivered the way I like it.

Our techs arrived on time, were VERY careful about the items they took out of and brought into the house and were very thorough in installing and testing our new heater. Then they gave a terrific tutorial on using the thermostat. Highly recommended!

Great service experience with the Freschi Service Experts! In 1/2025, Lennox HVAC ground unit was installed. On 1/29/26, 1-year anniversary, first maintenance appointment setup for 2/10/26 between 2-4pm. ACE-certified technician Kevin Sheenan arrived at my residence around 3pm, completed assignment at 4:03pm; he was very personable, knowledgeable on preventive HVAC maintenance. He washed the reusable air filter, checked the electrical connections, draw gas pressure and temp rise were all "OK", at no charge. I'm a very satisfied customer and joined the Preventive HVAC Maintenance Membership at 15% discount on repairs, services and air purification products, 3-yr 100% guarantee on repairs for $15 per month.

, we were overseas a tenant had called PGE about an inexplicable smell. Freschi was out the next morning and did a thorough property check. Fred left me with certainty that there was not a house hazard. My next step was an electrician who found a non-hazardous electric fault. Very grateful for the fast service and confidence it left with my tenant.

Our experience with Freschi is always exceptional. We are Membership++ customers and have been very happy with the company and the services provided. Our tankless water heater went kaput and we were left with no hot water. When I called Freschi, they sent Salvador out the very next morning. Salvador was personable and extremely professional. After his inspection, he gave us our options in a very clear manner. Salvador is an excellent ambassador for the Freschi company.

Arielle Was Fantastic Helped explain how things are going with our system. She did the A/C Maintenance. Told me how to keep up with the filters, which was helpful to help keep the air flowing. Cleaned off our coils on the Condenser that was really dirty, the Air is flowing better now through the top. She did an Amazing job. Went above and Beyond.

Salvador was great at checking everything plumbing related and gave me solid advice on what to look out for.

I especially appreciated Moses when it came to inspecting the furnace and AC. He was extremely thorough, answered all of my questions and I could tell he genuinely wanted to make sure I’m as informed as possible. I’m left with a great impression and glad I got the yearly membership.

Today we had a new system installed. Furnace, A/C Unit, Two control pads etc. Ahcene, Hugo, and Brian were excellent. They were informative, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with. Drop cloths were placed on the stairs and carpets. They were very careful and left the area spotless when they were done. They explained how to use the new system and walked us through it and made sure it was functioning correctly before they left. I would highly recommend them in the future.

My husband and I could not be happier with the work that was done in our unit today! I have a peace of mind that our heating and air system is finally functioning as it should and most importantly I feel everything was done to the highest standard. I've worked with Mercury Heating and Air for the last couple years in servicing my old HVAC and ultimately installing a new system. They were extremely professional and did a great job. About a year after the installation I started hearing a buzzing sound that I thought was related to the A/C. It was intermittent and kept waking me up at night- to the point where I had to wear ear plugs to sleep. Ian from MH&A came out twice to diagnose the issue. On the second visit he went into the attic and realized it was something unrelated to the A/C and got the noise to stop. He never charged me for either visit even though it took up several hours of his time. I never see service like that today and I am so appreciative! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you Ian!

Very professional and affordable guys! Ian went above and beyond in not only helping me install some stuff and tune up my hvac system, but also helped me inspect my ducts and crawl space for a disturbing influx of giant flies. Long story short A++ for service. Thanks Mercury!

LIFE SAVORS!!!!!!! My grandpa lives in Livermore and his furnace went out, at 83 heats a big deal. I called several company’s and Mercury specifically Ian was able to come out same day and take a look at the furnace. After going through every inch of our 20 year old furnace we came to the conclusion that we needed a new one. Jason was able to come out the next day and get us up and running again!!!!!! Could not thank Mercury Heating and Air enuph!!!!!!!!! Great job guy!!!!!!!!!

I just had them replace my furnace and AC from 1988. I had researched many other vendors and they were one of the last I received an estimate from.

Ian did a great job of explaining what was entailed in replacing the furnace and AC and shortcuts other companies take etc.

I had a complex scenario where I requires a specific size unit. He was Dilligent and creative in coming up with a solution.

Our A/C went out last night, probably along with tons of other folk, and we were desperate to find a company that could come out asap for a repair. I was so lucky to connect with Jason from Mercury Heating and Air who said he could come out today to take a look. He came within the the time window he gave me, assessed the situation and did a great job with the repair. I am so thankful to Jason for coming so quickly and will definitely be using them again to replace our system when the time comes.

I don’t usually write reviews but this company really impressed me. They are professional, knowledgeable, and most of all honest. I will definitely use them again for all of my heating and AC needs.

Ian came out to service my air conditioning unit a couple of months ago and then just recently, when it stopped working right before the heatwave. Both times he was on time, and called ahead to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived this last time, he identified the problem in about 5 minutes. He called me over to show me what had happened. A bug had lodged itself in just the right place in the unit which prevented the fan from turning on. I was so relieved it wasn’t a major issue, and am very thankful he was honest about it. He is an owner the company as well, so you feel that personal touch and extra sense of pride in his work. I definitely recommend these guys.

Jason at Mercury Heating and Air has always done a great job. He responds within the day to phone calls. In spite of the heat he was able to fit me in within a few days on this visit. Mercury Heating and Air prices are very reasonable. I have used this business before and I will use it again.
Update: I’ve used Mercury Heating and Air again. The air handler needed replacing after 22 years. Again, Jason did a great job. He is diligent and reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Our air conditioning unit died in the middle of a heat wave- I called Mercury to set up an appointment and they were able to send out a technician that same day! Ian was incredibly helpful, providing multiple solutions to our problem (at various price points) and letting me know how everyone's COVID remodels have affected industry supply. We decided to repair the old unit because prices will likely stay inflated until 2023. I greatly appreciated the insider information!

Yes. I truly appreciate Bryce with Mercury heating and air coming over to our place to repair our furnace and air-conditioning.

We had a rather complicated failure which involved the AC, a PG&E control unit, furnace and a failed breaker. Finding the culprit was a little tricky and I had to call them out a second time after fixing the breaker. Bryce showed his intent was to help us get up and running again and make sure to charge for the appropriate service and deliver. He was up front about what services he was suggesting and gave me the opportunity to make a choice, and I really appreciate that. He was also quite informative and respectful to me as a homeowner who does a lot of work on my house, he was very accommodating.

I would not hesitate to call on Bryce and mercury heating and air-conditioning to effortlessly get a problem solved again.
