Raymond is awesome. The company is awesome and does great work, they cleanup after themselves. I can’t say enough about Raymond he kept his word and calling me back try so hard to help me. this company is the best, I really appreciate Raymond so much. The two workers that came and installed the furnace were also very knowledgeable and awesome even when I spoke to the receptionist, she put a smile on my face. I know if I ever need another furnace or whatever they offer I would definitely give this company a call.

Nick was efficient and was able to do our repairs in under an hour. He answered my questions and made addition suggestions based on my questions. I never felt rushed nor pressured to do anything. He was very helpful.

Andrew Sanchez was my technician and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He spent an hour and 39 minutes performing a tune-up and safety inspection on my system and he took pictures of everything he saw and sent me a lot of them, (if not all of them). He explained a lot about my system and gave me advice on things I should/could replace. I had to provide a nice long ladder for him to use, though, and I volunteered to hold it for him when he needed to go up and down it.

My technician was very polite, thorough and knowledgeable about heating units. He did a complete checkup of our heating and air conditioning systems and didn’t find anything wrong. I was very satisfied with his service.

Perfect Star installed a heat pump, replaced an aging furnace, and installed batteries for an existing solar panel installation. They worked quickly and efficiently. They always kept us informed of who and when they would be working. They were immaculate and did an excellent job cleaning up after each day's work. This was a complicated job and they persevered until it was all completed to our satisfaction.

Anthony is the most professional technician I have come across. Very impressed with him. He explained what the problem was and how he fixed it. Will call this company again for future problems.

HVAC system has been a problem for a number of years. This company came out right away. Great with communications. Technicians were kind and were very good at explaining why I was having issues. Decided to let them install new system for me. Good warranty. Good brand name, Lennox. And knowledgeable technicians.

Very pleasant experience working with Anthony Belt at Perfect Star. They arrived the day after I called, were very communicative about when they would arrive, and Anthony worked very quickly. I was having issues with my Nest thermostats and Anthony got them fixed. I'd gladly use them again.

Gio arrived prior to the schedule start time and was respectful of our home. He was focused on the tasks we agreed upon, took photos of our current system and reviewed them with me. Gio made sure that I understood his findings, answered all my questions, and arranged for a follow up meeting to discuss next steps. There was no pressure at any point. I appreciate his honesty and attention.

Just had a post installation visit with Keon to adjust the air intake on the new furnace they installed that reduced the noise level of the unit. We called Perfect Star this morning and they were able to fit us in this afternoon. As seems to be the company's custom, Keon arrived before the scheduled start time and was focused on getting the job done. He took the time to explain the cause of the noise, the adjustments that he made and took additional steps to quiet the operation of the unit. We appreciate the interaction and the detail.

Wow, what a pleasant & professional experience I received from Raymond Kinder from Perfect Star Heating & Cooling. I can see why the companies name is Perfect Star Heating & Cooling. Raymond arrived on time resolved my furnaces issue. As a mechanic engineer it was nice to see the quality in workmanship.

After a not so great experience with a different HVAC company I found myself hesitant to work with anyone. Unfortunately I am in need of replacing ductwork and reached out to different companies. My goal is to listen to all and learn what I can, find commonalities etc in hopes of not repeating a bad experience. Enter: Juan Torres from Perfect Star Heating, Coolong and Electrical. He was great. He went through everything with full comprehensive explanations. He didn’t pull a high pressure sales tactic which I also appreciated. Definitely impressed and felt comfortable in considering his company for future work.

Anthony and his team (Jesus,Tyler) and Austin, who came later, were pleasant and open to questions and comments from me. The team worked well together like a well-oiled machine to install a new furnace and a new air conditioning unit. They completed the job without taking a lunch break. They were careful with property and cleaned up neatly. After 4 days without heat and cooler temps in November, the whole experience with Perfect Star technicians made a stressful situation pleasant!!! Raymond, who was the first to view my furnace, is personable, knowledgeable and straightforward in letting me know what I needed to comfortably heat and cool my home. He made it easier for me to decide which units would be the right purchase. Thanks to all of you for a great experience!!!

The tech who came out quickly investigated and diagnosed the issue, and the patiently and thoroughly explained the diagnosis and his reasoning. It was like watching a good detective show, and I came out feeling like I'd learned something about my own house. I appreciated his ethic and his candor.

Customer service in general was great - attentive, responsive quickly and friendly.
Elvin came out and the time he spent checkin out my furnace explaining things to me, including drawing a duct map of my house, explaining the difference in types of heating systems available to me, was nothing short of phenomenal. I know more about heating systems now than I ever thought I would or even intended to but his explanation was so entire and complete it inspired questions from me, all answered fully without reservation.
It is clear Elvin knows his stuff - was friendly, easy to talk to and just cant say enough about him.
He even convinced me to get the most expensive energy friendly heating system.

Wonderful experience with with Perfect Star Heating & Cooling. Our system was 27 yrs old, called them and they were out the next day. Had everything ready to install a brand new heating AND cooling system. They even came out on a Sunday to go everything and were ready Monday morning at 8 am. We had no heater for a week and they were on it and spent over 12 hours in our home to make sure we had heat before they left. Did an amazing job, cleaned up everything, polite, hard working employees. They never took a break for 12 hrs. MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND
