The company‘s name, Perfect is exactly how I feel my needs were taken care of with my furnace. Perfect. Nick was the technician on the job he was very professional ,full of good information and choices. He upheld the company standards of perfection.

Raymond is amazing and gave me great deals on two of my property new HVAC installs. Highly recommend him and the company! Great, throrough and prompt service at very reasonable rates.

Wow! Excellent customer service. I was provided with my choices to replace my furnace, and explained the differences between them. Gilbert C. was my technician, and he was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to having the work completed.

I can't say enough good things about this company, and especially their technician, Andrew Sanchez. He was on time, very courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. Andrew was very thorough and he went over and above, what was expected. He provided photos of his work and explained everything, in terms I could understand. Very happy with this company and their excellent customer service!

I had a really disappointing experience. The technician charged me a $115 “show-up fee” and then gave me an estimate of $258 for the repair. I looked up the part myself and found out it was only $15. When I asked him about it, he suddenly changed the price to $300 and still didn’t provide any receipt, invoice, or warranty. The whole thing felt dishonest and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone.

Absolutely love perfect star! Call them earlier today because my heater stopped working and they were able to send somebody out between 6:00 and 8:00 p.m. My technician was here early and was able to fix the issue.

Our technician, Isaac, came out for the A/C, Furnace, Dryer Vent Cleaning deal. He ended up spending a significant amount of time cleaning our dryer vent (because it had been neglected) and was incredibly gracious and professional about it. He also gave great advice on how to keep our units in proper working order. Overall, he was a very nice and professional and I would use this service any time.

This is my second time coming back to Perfect Star for help with my heat pump. It’s been a solid experience on time. The whole team is professional. Communication is timely and clear. Anthony was very respectful of me and my home. He took the time to explain to me what was wrong before he fixed it. He and his team stayed late into the night to make my family and I had heat! It is so reassuring to have an HVAC company I can trust.

Gilbert was very nice and honest. He inspected the Heating and A/C systems completely to make sure I received an accurate estimate. Even gave me a couple of price options with his personal experience from his years in the service. Was very impressed by him. Looks like I will go with this company.

I want to thank the whole team for installing a new aircon, heating, and ducting system at my daughter's house in Clayton. These gentlemen were very reliable, professional, and technically competent from start to finish. The job was completed within the estimated time frame. The place was cleaned after each day of work. The price for the entire project was very competitive in comparison to other bids that I received from comparable businesses. They did some electrical work for us also of which I was very satisfied. I have dealt with this company in the past and our experience was very satisfactory as well. I had no heat in my home, and Perfect Star was the only service provider (out of 5) who was able to respond the same day. I was provided with updates regarding the time the technician would arrive. Juan was at my home for 3 hours and completed a comprehensive inspection. He explained everything along the way. He was able to temporarily fix my issue (so the heat was back on), and provide suggestions and solutions for moving forward. I am delighted with the service and will be getting a new HVAC system (my current system is 26 years old). Furthermore, this is a local, family-owned business, so I feel like I am supporting the community.

Fantastic service! Nick was prompt and polite. Answered all my questions. Was very helpful. Not pushy, but informative about services and options for us going forward. I would highly recommend.

The company sends texts with a picture of the tech beforehand which is great so I know who to expect when bringing someone into my home. We had very quick turn around for service too.

We got the diagnosis of our system but will return for future service needs.

I had Perfect Star come and conduct standard maintenance on my HVAC. Anthony was great: Punctual, effective, and detailed assessment of my system.
I also had Ray come and provide an estimate to upgrade my system, however, I have nothing to compare with at this time. Ray seemed like a good guy and provided well detailed options and recommendations. So far, Perfect Star have been great!

I am so happy with the help provided by Elvin. He was so thorough about the issues I have and what needs to be done. He was punctual, professional, respectful. He helped with my estimation along all other options such as payment plans well. This made me more easier to plan. So thank you for clear information. I really appreciate it.

I am just so happy we used this service. He just came out to do some follow up work. Nothing went wrong, we just needed some internal Dampeners adjusted. Jesus was efficient and friendly and he explained everything to me afterwards, I asked so many questions. I feel really comfortable with this company and I will recommend them for duct repair/replacement. It feels good to know that they seem to do good work, but that they also followed up several months later when I called.

Andrew came by today for my 6 month maintenance. I pay a small monthly fee so my maintenance is covered. Arrived on time, was very friendly, very careful with my house and solid wood floors. Also very honest. He showed me a picture of my filter and said “this is still clean, no need to replace”. The filters I have are quite expensive so I appreciate his honesty to save myself some money.

Perfect Star heating, cooling, and electrical has fair pricing and very friendly staff. My tech Jesús was really great. He's knowledgeable and fair. He didn't try to over charge me for work I didn't need. Also real easy and nice to work with. Highly recommend this company.

Perfect Star is efficient, professional, and user-friendly. I was able to get an appointment the same day. Was so impressed with instant messages and especially the Contact card they sent so I could easily add that to my Contacts and not worry about spam. I was always updated about my appointment. The technician, Juan, arrived punctuallly. He was friendly, calm, professional and immediately put me at ease in performing an initial diagnostics test and replacing the filter. I highly recommend Perfect Star Heating!
