I am new to the area and didn’t know who to turn to, but when I read the reviews there was no doubt that this was a company I was going to try. When I called the owner was very nice and discussed the services that they offered. We scheduled an appointment for the following week. I was very impressed with the work that the technician preformed. He advised me of everything that he was doing and made suggestions of what was needed. He did a very thorough job. I was very impressed with the professionalism. I definitely will use them for yearly maintenance and any other work that is needed on my HVAC.

Andres did an excellent job on the maintenance of our heater. His was able to explain and provide detail information and pictures of his process. Very neat and organized. Great job!!!!

Kieanta my service technician was amazing! As I assumed this would just be a quick 15 min check of my HVAC system, it was far more than that. Kieanta explained to me what he was going to do and then once completed showed me the results (pics & videos). I learned so much about my system, as well as, how important it is to change my filter quarterly.

Big air installed ours 8 years ago, and a line under the house plugged up recently. It caused the blower motor to fail. Noah came out and fixed it. He was efficient and an all-around good guy. It is working, and we signed up for a service program. Waiting on a quote for an additional upgrade to our system that will prevent the same issue. It was not the system. It was a deck addition to an old home that caused the failure. Thanks, Noah and Big Air. This window cleaner needs to recover from work daily, especially when hot.

A/C unit wasn’t blowing cool air. Called Monday morning & a service technician was able to come that same morning! We were worried as it’s going to be over 90 this week. Andres fixed us right up, did a great job and we’re very happy.

We had our 25 year old air-conditioning unit and gas furnace replaced by Big Air. I highly recommend this company! At least giving them a chance to see your HVAC needs. You will not be disappointed.

Not only did we obtain a great price for a four-ton residential unit, their installation team was able remove the old system, install a new air-handling unit, completely sealed the main air plenum, and sealed nine air registers in one day. Their team lead was Ernesto who was punctual and kept our home clean while protecting our floors. Once the project was completed, his team did not leave until we walked the entire house to see the compressor installation and all the new electrical disconnects. Once we were satisfied with their work, Ernesto then explained the entire system and how it operates.

We are really pleased, and we highly recommend them.

My office’s mini split unit in our server room stopped working. After another company told me they couldn’t get it working and that it needed to be replaced, I called Big Air for a second opinion. I’m so glad I did! They discussed the problems with our unit and suggested we replace it but they were able to get it working again. A few months later I contacted Big Air for a quote to replace our unit. They provided us with a reasonable quote and they were able to replace it very quickly. All Big Air employees were responsive, professional, and respectful of our office space. They did an amazing job!

My project consists of upgrading my existing furnace to an electric heat pump system. Hugo was my comfort advisor and came out punctually to provide a bid. He took great care of being neat in my home, putting on shoe booties and even protecting my wardrobe when accessing the attic from closet. He was very detailed in his assessment and patiently explained his findings and recommendations, answering all my questions thoroughly. While it did take a week to get his bid, he did follow up with me along the way which I appreciated. Hugo is a class act and a true professional.

I called them to have my system checked out and assessed. Sometime during the inspection they unplugged my blower motor switches behind the access panel and never put them back. Of course it was after hours once I noticed and had to fix myself. I also was told my system was too small and that we had added a room which we never had. Wouldn’t recommend

Got their ad in the mail for the $29 tune up and glad I took advantage of it! Kieanta showed up on time, was very professional and thorough. He made sure to take time to explain what he did and why he did it and why it’s important. Big Air installed my system and glad they’re here for maintenance of the system now. We’ll see ya in 6 months for the next tune up!

Big Air provided servicing of my older HVAC unit regularly. I was impressed by the cleaning of the furnace and condenser and replacing of inside filters. When I needed to replace the system, BigAir recommended upgrade to the electrical panel which was likely affected by PGE outages. The estimate on the new system was cheaper than estimates on lesser quality systems from other companies. Mike was patient with replacement descriptions since HVAC coolant standards changed, returned calls quickly when I needed more info, and provided options on financing if I needed it. I also received a discount as a regular service customer. The work on the new system was flawless: Ernesto and his Crew arrived on time, cleaned up, removed old parts. I was thankful to have a new system ahead of the high temps expected, since I have a family member with special needs.

The entire team at Big Air was so professional and timely. They helped us right away with our broken and aged HVAC system. Their quote was reasonable and they did the work in a clean and professional manner. If you need help with your heat or AC definitely call them!

The A-Team arrived yesterday at 8 and performed a complicated installation (2nd one at my house) yesterday and were done by 2.30pm…. A shout out out for the entire team that worked in unison like a military drill squad. A/C in and life is good. Cheers …. Joe.

The service man was able to make my hearing system work. He will come back and check it in 2 weeks.

First I was able to get same day appt. Issues with our ductless mini split unit. Ken our service rep was great. Profesional on time recd updates of his arrival from him and by phone from the office. Explained what service included checked out issues with unit and proceeded to address appropriately.

Wonderful experience from start (estimate) to finish (install)! Matt (our estimator arrived when he said he would; took our calls to answer our multitude of logistical questions; and worked with us to address particular issues (one room was ALWAYS hot during the summer no matter how long we ran our ACs). Then, install day arrived and Hector and Ernesto arrived right on time. They were the kindest; most thorough; conscientious workers both full days it took to do the job! We have two furnaces and two ACs and were updating to new equipment; and correcting some duct issues; adding a return and a new floor register; etc. It was a monumental job (to us) and a bit overwhelming but, Hector and Ernesto made us feel comfortable with the process and kept us apprised about what was happening and when (before they tackled another task). Early the second day, a third guy, Patrick, arrived to devote hours to the two ACs while Hector and Ernesto finalized the furnaces; and began dealing with the attic and crawl space ducting. Then, the last few hours of the job, 3 more guys (Mike was one of them but, I didn't get to meet the other two) arrived to assist with sealing all our floor vents properly; sealing our returns; helping finalize the ACs etc....and magically, it was DONE! They left the work areas cleaner than when they arrived, too! Truly a quality job and experience. Would HIGHLY recommend this company and these people to anyone in need of quality HVAC work.

BigAir came recommended from neighbors, and I was super happy with James who came out and did the assessment and gave me a quote.

The workers were friendly and helpful. There was a small miscommunication that I did not notice until the next day, but they came out again and resolved it perfectly.

In short, they installed in one day, was very concerned about making us happy, and stood by their work.

Very easy to give them 5 star rating.

In the photo, the metal cover and the condensation drain will disappear with a coat of grey paint. They even re-hung tenants art work.
