Smart Heating & Air Conditioning not only installed a new AC unit for our home at a great price, but installed it the day after they came out for the initial estimate. That was a lifesaver because we are expecting family from out of town this weekend -- which is expected to be a scorcher.

The install was quick and simple, and although we had a minor mishap with our fan staying on, Mike (the owner) contacted me almost immediately after I let them know -- and it was fixed the next day.

If I could give six stars, I'd have given them.

Juan was very helpful and was able to diagnose the problem with our unit quickly and efficiently.

Sam was very knowledgeable and on time with the initial inspection. I had the documents signed and units installed with 48hours just in time for the upcoming heatwave. I highly recommend this company.

Juan did an excellent job with setting up our smart heating system. Highly recommended

Juan was spectacular. He figured out that the duct dampers were not set properly, and corrected them. The system is working properly now.

Juan is very patient. On his arrival, I wasn’t home yet. He waited in his vehicle for me to arrive despite the hot weather. He showed me the inside of my air conditioner while explaining the condition of my air conditioner as honestly as possible.

It’s been 6 months now since we had SMART install a new HVAC system and they called me to arrange one of my two free maintenance inspections; on the day of the appointment from 12 to 2pm, SMART texted me at 1145 letting me know their technician Conner was on his way; Conner arrived in a SMART van in a SMART uniform with photo identification badge on a lanyard; he introduced himself, to let me know he was going to perform a full maintenance inspection of the entire system; after he was done, he used an iPad to go over everything he did, he should me photos of everything he inspected; wow, I had no idea how complex HVAC systems can be; but, Conner explained every photo and measurements he took like amp readings of the system and temperature readings at the registers in the house; Conner was very nice, polite and very knowledgeable about HVAC systems; again, I’m so glad we used SMART to install our new HVAC system; their workmanship, knowledge and professionalism is just outstanding and lastly their whole team are all very nice!

I called for the company to come out to check on my heating because it is not giving out hot air. Juan came out to check the furnace and spent a lot of time checking it. He was polite and gave me more than what I expected.

I had a great experience with Smart Hearing and Air Conditioning when they installed my heat pump. From start to finish, they were professional, communicated clearly, and showed up on time. Their pricing was competitive, and it was clear they truly care about their customers.

Mike, the owner, was especially great—he made sure everything went smoothly and followed up after the installation to ensure I was satisfied. I waited for 4 month until winter was over before posting the review to see how the unit performed, and I’m happy to say it works great! It has kept my home comfortable while also helping me save some money on energy costs.

It’s rare to find a company that combines quality work with genuine customer care, and I highly recommend them!

Juan with Smart Heating and Air Conditioning was great. Right on time, excellent communication and got the job done perfectly.

Getting a pro is the way to go. Andy Guzman was the technician that responded. He diagnosed quickly, found the issue (a bad contractor on the AC unit outside.) and replaced the part all in less than an hour. The part was available on Amazon for ~$20, we were charged $99 (I can handle that.) Overall charge was $534. I am not sure about the upcharge for the less than an hour’s with of work…I thought it would be a little less but I’m sure I’ll feel better about it with time. Andy was great though! And the people at Smart Heating and Air Conditioning responded quickly to our need. Thank you!

Juan was very helpful, explaining the issues and next steps. Unfortunately, I have to look for an outside company to help with the problem. I will be sure to call Smart Heating when I need help with our system!

Benny and Sam came out to service my furnace, 10 months ago I was looking for a heating and air conditioning company that I could trust and would not try to up sale me just to get my money. I did my homework and found Smart heating and air. The customer service has been great from the beginning. I ended up replacing the furnace and AC and that customer service continued. It was great to see the technicians again that came out 10 months ago. If you’re looking for good service, I highly recommend this place you will not be disappointed.
