Ramior Guzman from Hometown Heating & Air came to do the annual Fall maintenance on my HVAC system. He was very efficient, respectful, and clean. He tested everything, cleaned my air filters and provided me a briefing on the things he found. I was very pleased with the service. I didn't need to pay another for the visit since it is part of a maintenance program I pay into with Hometown Heating & Air.

Ethan and Sean provided exceptional service and explained all steps of the inspection and servicing of my very aged system including what to watch for in the coming year.

Super easy to schedule, the team is really nice and communicative. Fair prices as well. Shout out to Marlon who was my tech today, very knowledgeable and nice to work with.

I can’t say enough good things about this company and my technician Ramiro. I live with my elderly aunt so not having heat is not an option. They sent Ramiro out the same day I called which was very much appreciated. When Ramiro got there he listened to me about the steps we already took to try to fix the problem. He went above and beyond to get our furnace working. It took a few trips and ordering parts but in the end Ramiro and Hometown Heating and Air Conditioning really came through for us. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

I was so impressed with this company! I am a teacher and couldn't take time off for a 12 - 3 time frame. So they made the effort to accommodate me which was really amazing. Then Barker was amazing with his explanations of what he was checking and what future suggestions I might need to implement. Very very satisfied!

Anthony and his team were fantastic to work with! Anthony answered all my questions and went above and beyond expectations to ensure a great experience of getting a new AC and furnace system installed in my house. The AC and furnace system works great and we are very happy with it. After evaluating multiple local AC companies, we feel confident that we made the right choice of hiring Hometown to install our new AC and furnace. My AC went out in my apt and Jacob came the next day (on Labor Day)! Every other place wouldn’t have been over to check out my AC until multiple days at the earliest. This was during the heat wave in CC county and it was about 90° in my apt. Jacob came earlier than my appointment was even scheduled for which I appreciated since we were baking. He diagnosed the issue and completed the repair in under 30 minutes. His customer service was incredible. Polite, professional, and friendly. Fair price as well. I highly recommend. Thanks Jacob, you saved us, you’re the man!

I was in desperate need this week for a furnace repair because it wasn’t working and we were freezing our butts off! Hometown Heating & AC were able to accommodate my pleas for HELP within a couple of days. Ethan arrived today - super sweet and professional and he figured out the issue right away. Fixed our problem, set up our new nest thermostat and cleaned out our furnace! Thank you Hometown Heroes!!!

Baker arrived not only on time, but early. He got to work and sooner than expected identified the issues with my system.

He spent time talking with me about the issues, my 30 years in my home, etc… he “sold” me on a maintenance program without pressure.

He was AMAZING! Highly recommend Hometown.

Yesterday, Ethan was my technician and just like Baker, he arrived with a friendly face, a great attitude, very conscientious of being respectful in my home. He provided me with information all along the way of the inspection. He provided great advice and was not overly "selling" any products or upgrades.

Thus far, my experience with Hometown has been nothing short of amazing! Highly recommend.

This is a reliable company. The only thing is that the BOT answering the phone after hours thought that it was an urgent appointment even though I said "no". But the technician asked about that and quickly corrected it. I find their technicians to be very good and nice people.

Technicians arrived and got straight to work diagnosing my system and came up with a solution which was reasonable and cost effective. One of the easiest and best experiences I've had and as a result I am now a Star Performance member.

Technician was on time, replaced the part and ensured it was working correctly. He answered all my questions as well. I can tell he is very good at what he does and very knowledgeable.

Prompt response, very efficient and clean.
Rony O. was very thorough and clearly explained what the problem was that caused my new furnace to make the noise that it did. He was able to adjust it and told me to contact PG&E to complete the adjustment. I have an appointment with PG&E next Tuesday.

Marlon Cardona was our technician to do a routine maintenance for our heater.
He is very knowledgeable and he was able to fix the problem we have been having and a lot of people haven’t been able to fix it.
He was on time, polite, and very professional.

Osbaldo came out to do a routine check on my two heating furnaces and did a great job of explaining everything he was doing. He also pointed out some issues with my duct work (original to my house when built in 1992) that needed some minor work to keep the airflow correct. I really appreciate the open dialogue and his willingness to answer all my questions. Great job!!

My experience with Galen was fantastic! He explained everything to me as he was doing a maintenance on my furnace, he also went above and beyond and checked the electrical on my AC as well. He took a picture of my blower motor and it was filthy, I will have Galen back to do a blower motor Cleaning.. I would recommend Hometown Heating and air conditioning to everyone!

Marlon and Marin were amazing. They came quickly, analyzed the issue and proposed several solutions. They were fantastic and we are happy they were our techs!!!

Ramirez was quick and efficient. Unfortunately, the reason why our furnace wasn't working was because of a mistake a previous Hometown tech had made during a bi-annual inspection. The field techs need the ability to approve a no-charge visit if they are coming out to fix another techs mistake. I did recieve a refund for the visit, but the charge shouldn't have been made to begin with.

Sean was called to do a Diagnostic testing on my Heating System. He was attentive to my concerns regarding the strange smell coming from my vents. He did a thorough inspection explaining every process and the findings. I was very comfortable with the outcome.

Their upper management lacked professional transparency when it came to an itemized estimate of charges. When I asked for an itemized estimate for parts and labor cost I was told their management doesn’t do that which I found very unusual and low key sketchy. Essentially, it seems like an easy way to rip people off on the back end. Could’ve saved my $79 diagnostic fee if I knew that’s how they give out estimates….

Our HVAC person was punctual, polite. And worked independently. I was too busy to discuss the system and had just purchased the home 2 months ago. He looked at everything and left very good notes.
