Well at first I thought who are these guys right so I talk to couple then seam to know there stuff then bame! Here comes this kid saying he was the boss ok. Let's put it this way all three of theses guy are way to cool and pretty awsome. Now the owners come the house after said and all finished up I'm like who these people the owners huh came to my mom's house to sorry for mistake they made huh! Who does that ok. Best people you ever can meet nice and on top of it bought her some flower! Ok smart is the way to go. Love u guys.

I was fortunate enough to find this great company and the wonderful staff including Juan, Emilio, Mike and Suzy. Everyone has been so kind and friendly.

Every one of them was patient caring and honest. Juan and Emilio were very thorough in the inspection and cleaning of our AC and furnace. Both of which are running like new. This is very impressive given that our furnace is over 30 years old.

The entire staff was very patient with us and made sure I clearly understood my options and provided the most cost effective solutions.

Michael Jestadt, president, came to crawl through our crawl space today and was able to explain exactly what has happened down there after a remodel. While the problems are not of Smart's making he says he will do what is needed to make it right for us and will charge only the labor. Nice way to engender trust and my willingness to recommend Smart Heating & Air.

Smart heating and air conditioning responded quickly, especially during a heat wave. Mike the technician was polite, courteous, punctual and overall a professional, making a stressful situation easier. I have my elderly parents that live with me, and we all know extreme heat is dangerous for them. Mike diagnosed the problem and explained it to me clearly. My unit was clearly out dated. Mike and his team came and fix all the issues with my A/C. The work area was left clean, and technicians took care to protect the home during installation of the new unit. From scheduling to completion of the job the process was smooth. Thank You again to SMART heating and air conditioning, my parents and me appreciate the great service.

Juan was amazing and fixed the problem in less than 5 min! He figured out it was because of the wiring almost instantly.
So professional and prompt as well. And big plus that he was a hit with the dogs lol

Today I had a new HVAC system installed and my house has already dropped over 16 degrees since they left. This new air conditioning is WONDERFUL... 🙏🥰 The crew (3 of them) arrived at 8 am -window was between 8-10, although Mike, the owner said they will most likely be here by the first hour. and I also received a text message when Miquel was on his way with a tracker. The tracker was great, because I needed to get my dogs situated for the day.
They had the install done by 3, cleaned up, showed me all the new equipment, how to work the new thermostat and where the filters were. I signed, paid and they were on their way at 3:45pm. They weren't just polite, efficient and helpful. They were quick and professional.. Thanks again Smart Heating and Air! I would recommend this company to anyone.. God Bless You All...

You hope that it never happens to you. The “it” is having your AC go out of the middle of a heat wave. It doesn’t help when your smart devices warn you daily about the heat warnings. When it does happen you are thankful and grateful to find an HVAC company as Smart. Below is our experience with them.

Contacted Smart concerning my AC and a tech was sent out a they diagnosed my AC and confirmed what I thought that it had “given up the ghost” or in other words it died. The tech was quick to schedule an appointment to go through options in having my AC replaced.

A few days later Mike arrived and looked at my systems and educated me on everything my home needed to ensure my home was cooled and heated efficiently. Through many diagrams and more questions he would get back to me with a quote.

The next day Mike delivered with not just one option but 4 with no pressure as to what option I choose. I told Mike that I appreciated the quote but now needed to find the funds to cover this cost as I was all out of gold bars. Mike had my back and referred me to his partner Susie as she worked with me on the financing. In under 10 days I went from a 97 degree house to a nice and cool 74 degrees as they were able to install my new AC and heater in one day.

You can go with other companies but why would you if you can go through the process with Mike and Susie and all the amazing people at Smart

He fixed the problem quickly and offered expert assistance in setting up an ongoing maintenance plan for our 35+ year old furnace. Also, he was engaging, and focused on the customer experience. You’ve got a great employee in Juan Rodriguez Pinto. He made me want to be a recurring costumer to your business. Which, as a person who works in costumer service myself, is the highest praise I can give.

Our (now-)previous 16 y/o Rheem HVAC system started showing it's age recently, so we decided to replace it (for that and other reasons). Despite being improperly sized and installed by a different company, it had a good run.

I switched to Smart Heating and AC for our servicing and maintenance a couple years ago, and have been so happy with them, I knew they were the ones I wanted for a new system too!

They are always on time, professional, knowledgeable, and come with such honesty and integrity, and for the install of the new system, nothing was any different.

They installed a new Goodman Heat Pump system + new water heater, and all their work was so cleanly done, and you can see much of that from the included pictures.

They put in a nice new air-handler breaker in the garage where none had been before and patched up that (and similar) wall-work so nicely.

They also went above and beyond and also added new Intermatic surge protectors at both that breaker and the breaker for the outside heat pump (the part where the shining green LED is coming from).

They added extra straps too + wrapped and taped up the new ducting so cleanly as well. There was a lot of suboptimal (to put it nicely) work done by the previous system installers, which they corrected.

It was a lot of work going from a traditional simple single stage gas furnace and single-function outside AC condenser unit to a fully communicating variable HEAT PUMP HVAC system, but they finished after about 9 hours, and the system has been fantastic so far since!

It was also nice going from a janky "behind the wall" in-the-basement MERV 8 return air filter setup from the previous install job, to a properly-installed under the air-handler MERV 15 system, which will result in a massive improvement in air quality (& filter change convenience).

The actual outdoor heat pump is about 1/2 the size of the previous AC condenser unit, yet does both heating and cooling functions for the home AND is also very quiet, about 1/4th the sound level of the previous AC condenser unit it replaced.

Plus, the inside temperature is now just a solid stable temperature throughout the house, whereas there would be much larger swings in temperature, especially room-to-room before.

It also came with a super nice, full-featured, cloud-connected thermostat with a great app to control everything so easily from anywhere.

In short, so far we are thrilled with everything about the install work AND new system!

I want to end by giving a huge shout-out to the fantastic Smart Heating & AC employees who worked so hard and with such skill to do such a beautiful, clean, and solid install of our new home HVAC system: Jorge, Jesus, Ricky, & Benny are all amazing, and we are grateful to you all for all your hard work on our behalf. It definitely shows, and the system is running great and is such a huge upgrade from the previous system. They also were respectful of the home and cleaned up everything great before leaving! Zero complaints, only compliments and gratitude for all of them!

Mike, one of the owners, who did the initial consult and design of the new system was also amazing, so knowledgeable, personable, with such honesty and integrity. You can instantly tell he's just a good guy who always just strives to do right by his customers, including by adding on some of his own above-and-beyond guarantees about the system and their install, and not just the manufacturer warranty.

I'm so happy I found Smart Heating & Air Conditioning, and am confident we will continue to be taken care of so well in the coming years by the entire Smart team.

Having this type of confidence is super-important when it comes to your HVAC system & water heater. You don't want to wait 2 days or have shoddy repairs that shorten your equipment lifespan, for instance. These are significant investments and critical functions for the home.

I had a mostly good experience , here is a synopsis. Our furnace blower stopped functioning the day before Christmas. I was very happy that Juan was able to come out that day and diagnose the problem. The service call was $99. They said they had a part in stock and could install it on 12/26 and the price seemed reasonable. I would have preferred to get a quote that separated the cost of the labor from the cost of the part so I could know how much I was paying for each. They came on the 26th and did the repair and the service seemed professional. The only downside was that they didn’t test the thermostat function completely prior to leaving so that when I tried to turn off the heater 20 minutes later it would not go off. They had set up a bypass and did not realize it was still in place when they left. We had to power down the furnace with the switch on the furnace and wait for them to return, which they did. So my only suggestion would be to make sure all the components are functioning correctly prior to finishing the repair. Other than that it was a good experience.

I think it’s human nature to question your decision after a major purchase. We’ve all experienced that inner voice asking “did I make the right decision?” “Was I too hasty ?”

But that was not the case this week when we had Smart Heating & Air Conditioning replace our home’s air conditioner. Both my wife and I are so pleased and confident with our decision.
