After about two and a half weeks of troubleshooting and trying to figure out the problem finally….finally we arrived at a solution and fix. Nick was with me every step of the way. He tried everything he could think of and we ended up finding out it was the meter with SoCal Gas that was the problem. It sucker having to have no hot water for all that time but thanks to Nick I finally have hot water again. Thank you so much for all the help. So glad that I can take a hot shower again.

Discovered minor flooding in our downstairs bathroom Sunday morning. Called and left message for a plumber we utilized on previous occasion. Waited for return call but not received. I ended up calling Plumbing Concepts and spoke with a a very professional lady who setup an estimated time for technician to arrive. Jason arrived and was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He efficiently took care of our problems. He also cleaned up after his work was completed. I was impressed with the quick response and excellent service provided and will definitely use Plumbing Concepts for our future plumbing needs.

This is the 4th time I have used Plumbing Concepts and the service is ALWAYS amazing!!! Felipe was fantastic, he was quick and efficient and did a great job of explaining what he worked on.

My Rheem tankless water heater stopped working and I called Plumbing Concepts who installed it during construction of my home. Lori (I think) was very helpful and courteous and scheduled a repairman the following morning. Fernando arrived on time and thoroughly serviced the unit but determined that it needed a new ignitor coil which was under warranty. I asked if I could install it myself and he showed me how. Very simple. The part was FedExed to my home and I installed it very quickly and that resolved the problem. Fernando cleaned all of the ductwork and tge unit while there. Everyone I dealt with at Plumbing Concepts were professional, knowledgeable and polite. I was very satisfied with their service.

Plumbing Concepts was great. They were able to get me on the calendar quickly, diagnose and resolve the problem. Very good communication from the plumber and office team.

Exceptional work again! Installed 2 toilets for us. We continue to use Plumbing Concepts for all our plumbing needs because of their prompt and quality services we can trust. We have used them for leaks and have had a new water heater installed, all went wonderfully.
