Martin Hernandez from Plumbing Concepts was great. He did an amazing job in fixing the leaks in bathroom sink faucets. He showed me what he was doing every step of the way and was very thorough. He also explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions with a lot of patience.

We recently had a major leak in our bathroom coming from our shower. We found Renew Plumbing And Drains on Google. We contacted their office and we were able to get an appointment right away. The tech found the source of the problem that could have led to an even bigger issue in the long run. He was able to provide a quote on-site and he explained step by step what was needed. The job was done clean and it was done right! It has been a week since the work was done and everything looks great! I heard water running in my house but couldn't find where it was coming from. I assumed it was under the ground but needed a professional to help us find it and repair it. Edgar was great! He explained everything he was doing to troubleshoot the issue and was very engaging, kind and thorough!! He found the leak (it was underground), he re-routed the line, cleaned up the mess and left my home in better shape than it was to begin with!! I would highly recommend these guys for any service or repairs you might have!

If you need a reliable and honest plumber look no further, renew plumbing and drains are the guys for you. We had issues with our kitchen sink backing up. Had someone else come take a look and fix the issue only for the problem to come up again a few weeks later. Called renew plumbing to have a second look, not only was I given a better price they fixed the problem correctly and found some other issues the first guy missed. It's been several weeks now, and no more issues have come up. Thank you renew plumbing for your excellent work and service. Highly recommend.

So i noticed that garage ceiling had a couple water stains on the ceiling. Edgar came recommended to by my neighbor who used his service previously. Im glad i called him. He was friendly, on time and most importantly he was able to fix the leak quickly. He explained the whole process to me afterwards and was reasonably priced. Plumber came over, gave me 3 estimates with three scenerios from bad to worse. Thankfully, the plumber was able to fix my problem the least expensive way. The plumber was prompt, well groomed, polite and knowledgeable in his craft. His work van contained all tools and materials needed for the repair.
I would use this company again.
