Awesome company. On time, friendly and efficient. Pablo Aguilera was very professional and he fixed my hot water issue quickly. We finally have hot water!

Martin was great. They came within their time window and corrected the leak to my sink and and double checked running a water cycle on the dishwasher and sink to confirm no further issues from the Airgap.

Easy process to set up an appointment. The technician arrived ontime, completed the work quickly and cleaned up well. He went over his work with me and I was able to pay with a CC thru his tablet. Everything was quick and easy..!

Fernando Manriquez is the technician that came to help flushed both my Noritz water heater units and during the diagnostic test was able to find out a water leak problem that cause the units from functioning. He was very nice and I’m really happy with his professional service.

On time service arrival. Fernando inspected and cleaned the Rheem unit and ordered a part under warranty. Fernando was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Initial call for service and subsequent communication was excellent. Thank you.

I had a wonderful experience with Fernando from Plumbing Concept. I actually missed his doorbell ring at my house at first but he was willing to come back later the same day to fix the leak. They were called in by the builder but this company is now on my list to call in case of plumbing issues in the future.

Martin, the technician, was professional and knowledgeable in plumbing. He answered all the questions that my wife and I had about the plumbing fixtures, prices and installation process in a courteous and complete manner. Also Martin and his assistant were sensitive to our special house rules about cleanliness and access doors - we appreciated that. We also thank Lori for her patience and persistence in getting the necessary parts.

Excellent experience. Martin was my technician and he thoroughly explained all the work he was doing as well as best practices to extend the life of my sinks and showers. Highly recommend!

Plumbing Concepts did a fantastic job of communicating arrival time of service plumber, with several updates confirming that they would arrive on schedule.
Martin was the service plumber that did the work, he was polite, professional, and very conscientious. Work was completed professionally and there was no mess left behind. Martin took care to clean the work are once he was done. It was absolutely the best experience with a plumbing company a person could hope for. Five Stars.

I would like to give some feedback on Felipe. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Although he didn't not find a leak, he tested every possible scenario and gave great insight to how plumbing works. He was great!

Recirculating pump arrived, and Pablo installed it yesterday. He explained everything and we have used it. What a difference to help get hot water more quickly! I was skeptical at first but must admit it works better than expected. Pablo's suggestion to install this to solve our problem was the best solution!

They are timely, communications are excellent from appointment scheduling to work ethic and repair.
Our service agent took excellent care to protect every area he passed through and worked on in our home. They are courteous, respectful of our home and excellent in explaining everything thing they do and asking us to contact them of any issues that might arise and they well follow-up immediately.

My technician was Felipe and he also worked on my water heater a year ago. We've been very happy with his work. He's very detailed and educational explaining the problem. I would say We've now adopted Plumbing Concepts to take care of our Plumbing repairs.

We had a water softener installed by Plumbing Concepts and would highly recommend this company to anyone. Excellent customer service and great selection of plumbing services offered. Martin was amazing and is a great asset to his company. In addition to his great work he also explained how to maintain our system thoroughly.

Martin was professional, caring, and clean. Usually having a plumber is so stressful and overwhelming and Martin made it feel like a friend was here to help. Nicholas was so professional and had excellent communication with us and each step of the process with the leak we had by our meter. So thankful to finally have it fixed and worth every penny!
