Edgar was amazing! He responded to my request for service within 30 minutes of my sending the email and showed up on time and got to work immediately. He fixed several problems in the shower and did not leave a mess. I will be using this company anytime I have plumbing issues.

We had a suspected slab leak. Edgar came out quickly confirmed the suspicion and presented us with several options for a fix. Edgar was extremely friendly, accommodating, and a great guy and plumber. He completed the reroute in one day and went above and beyond to make sure we were highly satisfied with his work. Thank you very much Edgar and great job. The 3 techs that came out to locate, troubleshoot, and repair my slab leak were amazing. Clean, efficient, and courteous that made sure I had options that fit my budget and household needs. so i had gotten a used water heater through a family friend and i've only had it in for about a year and a half almost 2 years . and one morning i woke up to it leaking from the bottom . so i called Renew plumbing and they sent me Edgar . he broke down the whole situation on what i needed to do next . He was able to give me a fair price and even offered to haul the old one away as well . he finished the job in 3-4 hours and did a very good job . what i loved the most was that he offered to take a look at other fixtures just because he was there already , which i found very considerate. overall i am very pleased with the service Edgar knows what he is doing and goes above and beyond for his client(s) will definitely be calling him for future repairs

Thank you to Edgar and Frankie for their help with a pipe leak! I called last night in a panic when I noticed water flowing from under my refrigerator. Edgar took the time (also saving me an emergency / after hours fee) by helping me find the water shut off valve so I could rest easy until the next morning. They not only showed up earlier than stated but they got to work immediately, found the leak from a pipe in our wall and fixed it so quickly. This is the second time they've come to our rescue and I cannot say enough about their great work, caring demeanor and professionalism.

Edgar and Uriel came out on a Friday night to assess our leak situation. We needed angle stops and a p-trap replacement. They were super nice and efficient! Knocked the job out quickly for us and went above and beyond. Will definitely be calling Renew for any of our future plumbing needs, and requesting these two! Thank you!

Had a catastrophic leak resulting from a DIY fix of my water softener. Called another company who refused to fix the pipes leading to the unit since they didn’t install or sell it. Called Renew who came out within 1 1/2 hours. Uriel came and fixed the issue at a good price in less than 30 minutes.

Edgar and Frankie were kind, professional, and efficient at repairing and replacing some very shoddy work done by the previous owners of our home. They explained the entire process and were extremely fair with their pricing. They treated my home as it were their own. I cannot thank them enough for coming in and saving the day. Two big thumbs way up!

At that time we did receive their flyer in the mail. I called and made an appointment with Edgar, who came out and did a diagnosis, and explained all the options.

FAN FREAKEN TASTIC!!!!?!

My spouse had called them due to warms spots on our wooden floor. We had a slab leak recently and every company we called was telling us it would cost thousands to fix never really gave us any options also. But when my spouse called renew plumbing they were able to squeeze us in with a tight schedule. We were lucky be to embraced with a professional/great guy like Edgar. He was able to check everything for us and gave us options on what we can do to fix the issue. We went with a reroute it was affordable and would last us awhile (I wanted to keep my home had no intention to sale). Edgar was able to get the job done at a good time he was efficient and understand our current situation. Best thing about him was he also cleaned up after the job.i will definitely keep renew plumbing and Edgar as our long term plumbing company. We do plan to get a water filter system so we will be contacting them again.

We started to have issues with our hot water and I didn’t know why. We have a 55 gallon water heater and should not run out of hot water. A friend recommended Renew Plumbing, I called and spoke with Edgar and was able to make an appointment. I explained that I was always running out of hot water and would have to make sure we didn’t do laundry before we had to take showers. He started to troubleshoot the issue and inspect for possible hot water leaks. When no water leaks were detected he asked me when was the last time I drained the heater to remove scale buildup? I never knew that you had to drain it, I had that water heater for 12 years and never did it. Edgar inspected the water heater and found that it was working at 50% capacity. He changed it out in no time and I have not had any issues since then. I really appreciated the time he took to educate me and impressed with his troubleshooting skills. Thank you Edgar for all of your help.

I can’t recommend Renew Plumbing and Drains highly enough! We were referred to them when we had a plumbing emergency with a leak in our wall. They came out immediately and had the problem diagnosed in no time. They were timely, communicative, VERY reasonably priced, and most importantly, honest. They showed us what had gone wrong and also preemptively stopped another concern before that leaked as well. We appreciated Edgar and Frankie so much that we’ve already scheduled to have them come back out to replace our water heater as well. Without a doubt, if we ever need a plumber again, we’ll contact Renew Plumbing and Drains!

Extremely happily pleased with the way the water leak repair was carried out. The good part -- no pressure if you feel the estimate is high and you want to get a second opinion. The caveat - the diagnostic cost can look a bit daunting. Otherwise, a genuinely honest job.

Edgar and his partner with Renew Plumbing did another great job of coming out to repair my plumbing that was leaking from 2nd story bath down to the 1st story kitchen area.
