Brad Staiger and his entire team have not only shown professionalism in my home, but everyone in my immediate family with their homes. They’ve been around for as long as I can remember and I only wish I would’ve known about him and his wide range of services from the beginning.

I called Staiger Plumbing at 9am for the first time to deal with a clogged kitchen sink, they showed up at 10am, which was faster than promised, and unclogged the pipe really quickly and for a good price (the price that was quoted over the phone) I highly recommend these guys. I will use them again for all my plumbing needs.

Run away from these people, if they gave you an estimate, drop their price down to half or even more, they will accept the job, they try to take advantage of citizens like us who are desperate to fix the flooded house, tell them NO and look for a second and third opinion, I called them to inspect a leak, they came with tools, Fernando and Brad came and acted like I had a huge issue, they showed me a leak from main to the kitchen , I thought it was a huge job because the pipe is located under the concrete, they wanted $1950, I agreed because I was desperate , it took them half an hour to insert a pipe in the old pipe and secure the end and they left me with a hole , they said oh we dont repair what we break lol, , the second leak was a pipe inside the wall of stucco outside as you see in the picture, fernando made it sound like it is going to take all day to repair lol, he said it needs parts, labor and we need to open stucco and repair the pipe lol, oh wow, I said how much ,Fernando said $600 lol, I said NO and I wish I never hired them, but then fernando said My Boss said we would like to work with you , I said $400, he said no problem, he worked 15 minutes , yes 15 minutes. Then he demanded that I drive to him in corona to give him the money lol, such a lazy rip off crew, he made his colleague call me and said can we meet half way lol, look, if I made $400 in less than 15 minutes, I would drive to LA to collect it. I will NEVER hire them again.

You won’t go wrong using this company and he will be the plumber you keep in your phone for future jobs or issues you may have.

The problem and repair need was already informed. The job was completed in 30 minutes. Rate charged for material, labor and time was overpriced.
