for a very long time, i have had problems with restoration companies and plumbing companies because of my speech impediment when i stutter. they would all laugh. this man named jacob has had so much patience with me and was so professional while doing his job and actually got the job done the right way. he didn’t rush, he actually fixed my toilet that has been broken for over a year now because of my overweight brother who broke it. it’s absolutely perfect and if every person is as professional as mr. jacob, i will keep this company on speed dial whenever i need them. absolutely amazing!!

At 9 PM we found we had two bathrooms clogged and a backed up shower. I called for help and they showed up within the hour! They were super informative and helpful! Professional and quick to get the job done. Affordable prices! I will highly recommend them for family and friend to use! I also will be calling them if in the future any plumbing issues come up again!

STOP!! calling other plumbing companies that will take forever to get to you and quote you over and over again. Jacob and his team at Rooter King Plumbing, can’t be beat. They came out promptly assessed the problem I had been having for quite some time and fixed it better then the last few guys I had called. Will definitely be using Jacob and his team again!! My experience with rooter king plumbing was absolutely perfect! I was so stressed after my situation and was afraid that I was going to be ripped off by another plumbing company but this company was the exact opposite! They were very professional and provided great quality work with a honest price ! It doesn’t get better than this !

I had both bathrooms backed up I had called another company out the Monday prior so a week before and it backed up again 2 days later. I spoke to Jacob on Friday of that week they came out Saturday we're very kind good customer service got the job done and left me with an excellent warranty so that I don't have to worry about this problem again I appreciate them I would use them again.

After dealing with recurring clogs in our aging plumbing system, we finally called for a full drain cleaning service. He and his team did a comprehensive clean-out, and the difference in drainage speed is night and day.

The repair was more extensive than expected but Rooter King did a great job and provided excellent service. Recommend highly.

They are indeed one of the best plumbing service providers I have known. The plumbers were skilled and honest. After we agreed on the cost of the service, they quickly proceeded with the work, assessed the situation, determined the issue with our plumbing system, and fixed it promptly.

Originally I had written a 5 star review but shortly after they completed their service, the same issue returned and they denied giving any discounts or even a partial refund. More details will be added to this review soon. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND ROOTER KINGS SERVICE

Awesome experience with Rooter King. I had called out several plumbers and all of them flaked on me. Jacob answered promptly and had one of his guys out the same day. Had our water back on within a few hours.

Ok Rooter King will be my plumbers for life!!!!! they came out, on time and waived their service fee because the technician was in my area. I have a leak in my kitchen ceiling and was told I need knew pipes from the upstairs bathroom and my leak was not active. Rooter King gave me an EXCELLENT price range from worst case scenario to best case scenario. They were detailed, honest and professional. Most of all they pick up their phone ALL THE TIME when I called.

I will be hiring Rooter King next week and will be referring them to all of my friends and family. THANK YOU ROOTER KING 5 stars all the way!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jacob and his crew came out very promptly,
They wore shoe covers before entering my house, explained my plumbing problem and why it was happening.
Price to take care of my problem with warranty was very affordable.
Half of the price of what big plumbing companies were charging.
Finished fast and cleaned after himself.
Will definitely call them again.
