Vicente and Ty were very courteous. They worked very efficiently. They were very knowledgeable and very helpful with all the questions I have.

We reached out to Henley's for a leak in our bathroom due to the fact they had many high reviews. The project went from a leak below our toilet to needing all the copper pipes in our house replaced which we agreed to have done.

We were quoted $30K, and had one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a contractor before. For such a high price tag, I was expecting respectful and thorough work. However, that was not our experience.

They left our entire home covered in dirt and dust with no effort to clean up after themselves. Including dirt handprints on our walls. They left trash in all the work areas. They damaged our walls and baseboards outside of the areas they were working on. They scratched and damaged our bathroom vanity. They left all the holes exposing our pipes open, including ones made in the exterior of our house, and then it rained. Plus many other miniscule issues.

We reached out to Henley's with all the issues and were met with resistance and given the run around in who to talk to. After speaking to about 4 other "in charge" people, over several weeks of negotiating and fighting, we were finally taken seriously.

At the end of the day, the work did get completed well and they did give us a discount for all of the troubles we had, but it didn't recover the bad taste left in our mouth.

I would not recommend Henley's to anyone to work with especially considering there are more considerate plumbing companies out there.

Henley’s Plumbing & Air did an excellent job replacing our AC and Heating system. They were very affordable and easy to work with. The work was done efficiently and in a timely way. The employees were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend their services.

Bryan was knowledgeable and responsive to all of our questions. Edgar and his installation crew were professional and efficient. Our new HVAC system is awesome and we are very happy we did it!

I have used Henley now for 6 service calls over the last several years. They have serviced my A/C, as well as fix a slab leak, then a whole house re-pipe and fix a drain leak. My area has extremely hard water as you can tell. Today Vicente just installed a new water heater.

What i can say is I trust Henley to do quality work and very much in a timely manner. Every service call i have had was addressed and resolved in less than 48 hours.

Somewhat on the pricey side of business but i feel like it’s within reason. I have gotten competitive quotes and most are more than Henley or if lower, maybe only by a few hundred bucks.

Shoutout to Vincente and his co-worker (sorry i forgot his name) but both were professional, cordial, and happy to answer questions. They provided great service and took care of the issue right away.

Very good experience with this company. We got an estimate and complete work done all in the same day. They are very communicative and professional. They backed their workmanship with a 1-year warranty, and I am very satisfied with everything they have done. My technician's name was David, and he was awesome!

David and RJ from Henley's just installed a new 40 gallon water heater for my property and did an amazing job! They were extremely informative and didn't push me to purchase the latest and greatest, unlike the other plumbing company that I got a quote from the day before...they answered all my questions and were very polite and made me feel comfortable in spending a couple grand. I highly recommend Henley's and if you could request for David and RJ, do so...you won't regret it!

Jose and Vicente came and they did some plumbing work for me. They were quick. They did the work correctly and they were friendly. I would call them again. Prices were reasonable.’

Let me tell you all about my experience... first my initial engagement was with Gary. He assisted me to get someone to come out to my place on the same day. It was a quick schedule and simple process. Free estimate and transparency from beginning to end. Most of the time, i run into companies that cant tell me across the board what I'm being charged and what their process is. Gary was wonderful on being direct and honest.

Secondly, the team david and ty were a duo that explained everything simply and got to work quickly. I mean they quoted me 30 mins and completed it in 30 mins. They had all the equipment to do everything and check additional pluming issues that i didn't see coming.

Overall, i am extremely happy with how David was able to do things quickly and simply explain what issues occurred to my shower clogged. The team work is great and the price is fair and if not the lowest i seen in Diamond bar.

The A/C unit gave out in my mom's house last week and after several consultations with different companies, Henley's provided the most efficient option to replacing my mom's old A/C unit with a new more energy efficient model with a heat pump to avoid using Gas. The guys came out on time to do the work and the unit was fully installed and running in about four hours. The technician were clean and explained all the work that was done. Great team.

Henleys plumbing sent out technician Billy pulido who help me and my husband with repairs on our existing plumbing problems he was straight and upfront with multiple options for repairs. Highly recommend Billy for all future repairs.

Deathly recommend their services! The technicians, Vicente and Alfredo, were very knowledgeable and helpful in informing me about the condition of my water filtration system while they were checking my water pressure and draining my water heater for the annual maintenance.

Had Hendley's come out and service the air. Conditioning/heater and on demand water heater. Both Alfredo and Robert were through and excellent at communicating what I needed to replace. They did a complete check list for me to see.

I would give zero star if I could
I called and set the appointment on Saturday for Sunday morning between 8 to 10am. Told them exactly wat I needed to do. Next morning at 8:15am, a lady called and reconfirm that I only need certification after water pipe inspection and then i was immediately told they were ovebooked!
