We returned home from vacation with a clogged up kitchen sink on a Friday. Called RT Olsom plumbing Saturday at 8:30 am and was scheduled for 1:00 pm the same day. Shane arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Explained what needed to be done and proceeded to fix the problem. Shane completed the repair within an hour. We will definitely be calling RT Olson plumbing if we need any of their services for our home. Their price was very reasonable. Also we prefer to use local companies that are family operated because they tend to give better service. We wholeheartedly recommend RT Olsom Plumbing to fix the problems you may have in your home.

Rene helped me out and he was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about everything and was super patient. My pipes were wrecked and he was able help me out with everything I needed. Highly recommend

We had a complete water softener installation performed by David G. He executed the work perfectly. I would recommend RT Olson plumbing for any future work. Their pricing was fair compared to the similar plumbing outfits I requested quotes for in the area that appear to upcharge new builds/communities.

Shane and Giovanni came promptly to service our needs for two of our properties. Fixed and replaced the sink and reattached the spout to our tub faucet.

I was in a desperate situation and needed Sunday help and Shane came to the rescue and diagnosed my problem and immediately offered to fix the problem and assured he would return to complete. RT Olsen has came out several times for tankless water maintenance service. Like the company because they are not pushy ti try to up sale items.Technician Rudy came out today and was very professional. This company does good work. Would suggest this company to friends.

Shane did an excellent job in checking backup in both of our toilets and that we needed to get hydro jet sewer clean out. He gave us a senior discount and explained the process. We went forward with the price estimate and were happy with the work done by Jiovanni and David who did the hydrojetting.
Shane came later in the day and re-camera the sewer line and inspected to find no unforeseen problems.
We definitely would recommend RT Olson Plumbing to others.

Let's just say i started working here and the first day they needed a tankless install. I met up with the installer who was extremely nice and respectful. He didn't know too much about the install and setup of the navien tankless install. I showed him how to do it properly and we had a great day. I've been plumbing over 10 years personally. Then comes the following Monday where I work with "the boss". I've never met someone so all about money in my life. He constantly complained about his crew the whole time we worked together and was just not the greatest person. Well last Wednesday my wife got very ill and she is pregnant. I need to take a couple days of to help with our daughter because my wife was too weak to stand up and move around. I had no choice but to help her and my daughter. I called them in the morning and told them my situation. I rushed my wife to the doctor to get checked out and left my phone at home. She was in urgent care for most of the day. Once I got home I called and apologized and said I will be in on Monday so I can help my wife. We'll here it is Monday morning I get let go for calling out for a legitimate reason. The owner is super nice but there manager is a horrible person. I couldn't stand working with him and also very inexperienced for that position in my opinion. Temperment was very bad. Normally I wouldn't write a review like this but since this happened to me I had no choice.

so first things first Tim was awesome and extremely helpful. our A.C. for the longest time never quite felt right and ive had other guys come and run diagnostics tests and tell me my unit was fine and finally we got put on to Tim. He was very upfront and informative on everything he did while running his trouble shooting. during this he showed us that our unit capacitor which was a thing other services had told us was wrong was actually just fine and then tested it right in front of me to show that it was working despite the others insistence that it was bad. He then ran me through what our output air temp was coming out at and there was only a 9 degree difference coming out of our vents. we got to the bottom of the problem and the next day he showed up and with what felt like a blink of an eye replaced everything re ran his testing and now our air differential is 20 degrees cooler from the 9 we were originally getting. he was very genuine and was really nice to deal with an honest person who not for a second felt like they were giving me the run around. I will never call anyone else or recommend anyone else other than Tim and RT Olson. plus my dog liked him a lot and that's also a strong telling for a litmus test because my dog doesn't trust any stranger usually

Happy with the service I received today. I got a free quote which is rare and the repair work was very fair and competitive. It’s a family owned business and you can tell with the service you receive. Tim and Jacob were super helpful and did a great job servicing our HVAC unit.

We had the company come out to check and service the air conditioning unit. Our technicians were Tim and Johnathan. They cleaned the unit to remove mildew and years worth of dirt. They installed a uv light to help prevent mold/bacteria growth. They came back to service the ducting in the attic and were able to advise us about some issues including finding asbestos and getting another company involved to get it fixed ASAP. They made sure to check the air pressure/output in each of the rooms and made sure we were happy with everything before they left. They were very professional and made sure there was no debris left behind and that everything was clean before leaving. The air/heat works so much better since being serviced and updated. We are very happy with this company and will be using them for any future needs.

He fixed the leak had the issue quickly resolved. Their prices are great and I'm very happy with the service I received.

I found RT Olson through Yelp because we were having temperature issues in our space — the front area was very hot while the back area was freezing. Tim came right on time and was extremely helpful from the start.

Even though the initial visit was for a free diagnostic, Tim went above and beyond. He thoroughly tested the airflow and checked everything in detail. He confirmed that our AC unit was working fine, and the issue was actually with the airflow distribution.

Tim helped adjust the vents, turning off some in the back to help balance the temperature. He even brought me up to the ceiling area to show me the situation and explain everything clearly.

I really appreciate his honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help. I would definitely recommend Tim and RT Olson to anyone needing HVAC support!
