RT Olson has been on my speed dial it seems the past year. Today Marty got to come fix a new issue. He was wonderful! Fast, professional and I really appreciated his explanations. Love this company!

Jovani and Santos were very professional and explained how to maintain our water heater. They were very pleasnt to talk to. Jovani answered all my questions.

We were shopping for a new air conditioning and heating system when we had Tim from RT Olson come by to check out our unit. While discussing a new system with him, he worked on a quote for us, and we found their pricing to be the best.
We decided to go with RT Olson and start a new project to install a new system. They did an amazing job with the installation, and we even moved our system from the garage to the attic. I also requested them to install a whole house fan from QuietCool, and Tim was very responsive—he got it done the same day!
The entire project lasted four days. They were very professional, kept our house clean, and delivered excellent work.
We are officially their new plumbing , Air conditioner customer.

I had a great experience with RT Olson plumbing services. Shane and Aaron were very prompt and professional when flushing our water heater and replacing the anode rod. I recommend RT Olson and will call on them in the future for my plumbing and HVAC needs.

Tim was absolutely amazing! He installed my new WiFi thermostat quickly and efficiently and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Thanks to R.T. Olson plumbers Dave and Marty for doing a thorough job of fixing our toilet leak. We'd tried replacing the seal on our old sewer pipe a few times without success, so we needed pros with the right tools and expertise, which is what we got. We should have called R.T. in the first place!
They properly seated a flange attachment to our 75 year old pipe to give our modest bathroom a new lease on life. I also got a senior discount!

RT Olson Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning team of Tim,Scott,Tai and Mason did an amazing job for our home with a new comfortable central heat pump installation with new air ducting and attic insulation! We opted in to get an air purification system and a nice pleated 5 inch thick air filtration system. We are excited to see how well they work during the demand seasons. They are skilled, very knowledgeable, organized, efficient and friendly. I recommend them highly . Thanks for our comfortable safe home.

I recently had new ducting installed by Tim and Tai, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, Tim was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. He explained everything clearly, completed the job with great workmanship, and made sure everything was cleaned up at the end.

The Technician that came to my house was Jesus A. he arrived within the hour of my call that was made after 5pm and they didn’t have an after hrs fee which I was thankful for. Jesus was professional he made sure he showed me the problem and explained everything so that I was comfortable to move on with repairs being a woman your sometimes skeptical of people not being honest so the extra time it took to show me repairs and damage meant so much to me. This company is awesome and have the best workers.I've seen in a long time. They were responsible, considerate of the property, worked until it was finished. Did great job, taking all the time necessary to replace a/c, heater, and water heater and ensuring I was satisfied and happy with the completed job. I highly recommend them.

I couldn't be more impressed with the team from Rightime Home Services - Steven, Ron, Mohammed, and Oscar! A waste of time and $20!. I went into the Home Depot store for a specific item. A HD sales assistant mentioned that this is the last day for an HVAC tune-up for $19. The normal price is $29. Well, I scheduled the service and WHAT A SCAM. The first appointment I was stood up after confirming a week in advance. The day of the appointment, the company called my cell, when they were specifically instructed to call me at work. Then they sent an email cancelling the appointment saying that I did not confirm the appointment. We made a second appointment the tech came out and did not do ANY of the items listed on the tune up paperwork. What it really was, was a way to convenience me that my current HVAC system was faulty, out of date and may catch on fire at any point. What a scam sham the service tech would not stop talking and did not do any of the cleaning. Instead, he told me that my duct work was not installed properly. Got it! but the tech was there to clean and tune up my existing HVAC system not LECTURE me or try to SELL my a new system. Very disappointing, now I don't trust Home Depot.
They basically stole 2 days of my time!

Jeremy, Steven, Oscar, and Daniel all did a fantastic job installing my new HVAC system. They made sure I understood the process and confirmed it was to my liking. I got an additional mini split that was installed perfectly. There are some mixed reviews about heat pumps, but I like it so far.

Abraham was extremely professional and completed the water heater installation flawlessly. He went above and beyond to explain the work he had done and made sure to answer all of my questions. His attention to detail and communication were excellent, I felt confident and informed throughout the entire process.
Great experience from start to finish.

I’m very disappointed with the whole experience and being a member. First, I scheduled an appointment dated 11/26 between 6-9 pm to replace my garbage disposal. I never rescheduled and a 3rd party called for me to reschedule since they don’t have a technician after I called multiple times past 8:30 pm. The other I received was the technician had a family emergency and didn’t bother to call. I had to call to find out.

Secondly, when I called in 11/25 to schedule for 11/26 between 6-9, I asked specifically what the price of the installation of the garbage disposal. I was told the fee was reduced from $99 to $39 since I’m a member. I asked again if that is only $39 and the rep said yes. I was incorrectly since I ended up paying $420 and the technician wasn’t very nice to my wife.

I hope roghttime can correct this issue.

The HVAC repairman was excellent! He quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem, fixed it right away, and took the time to explain exactly what he did. He was also super friendly and professional throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!
