Updated review - still a 5 star. If I can give more than a 5 star I would. Jamie and Daniel came to fix the heater part that was bad and they also adjusted the vents to properly circulate in each room. The biggest thing for me was they cleaned and sealed this space that was accumulating dust. I attached the picture of before and after. Jamie and Daniel did an awesome job. I want to start this review with Greg. He came to do the inspection asked what was wrong with my AC. We did a walk through, and my unit is very old. Greg took his time and explained my options. He was able to schedule the work within 4 days.
Ray and Phil were the technicians that came and installed my new unit. Ray explained what they were removing and any problems they might ran into. Phil had shoe covers before entry house which I appreciated. Phil gave me a quick tutorial on how to set up the new AC. They cleaned up when they were done. They even found a scorpion in my old unit that they removed for me. So far, my new unit is working. Pretty happy with the process from inspection up to installation.

We had to replace our 5 ton HVAC after it went out. They offered us options and we came up with a plan that was right for us. These guys were thee best!!!! Very knowledgeable with excellent customer service. Fast but thorough. When you call Rightime, expect a whole team. From Anthony doing the assessment to James on the sales team, it was a great experience for what we were dealing with in an older home. Jeremy and Darien were top notch installers and were so amazing! Thank you so much for problem solving with us and making us feel comfortable.

Very happy with selecting Rightime for our new AC units. Tough to know even with all the research we did online what we would get when trying to pick new AC units for our home.
What Rightime provided was a very professional sales associate (Nolan) who walked us through all the options and benefits we had to choose from. Never pushed or felt like we have with other sales companies forcing their agenda.
Crew came in next day and installed every unit then walked us through every step they executed, showed us photos of the completed work, cleaned up inside and out all in record time!. Professional, experienced and courteous crew.

I had a new AC system installed through Right Time Home Services at my home. While the system itself works, the installation and follow-up were frustrating and disappointing.

On day one, the refrigerant line was left looking sloppy across the front of the roof. It looked completely unprofessional. After I raised the issue, their sales rep who was at least responsive said he would contact the install team. Then out of nowhere the next day, the crew showed up unannounced without notifying anyone in the household.

They added a galvanized cover and used wood blocks to support it, but it still looked sloppy. The cover was dinged-up and stuck out visibly, and the wood blocks made it feel like they just put a lazy effort into finishing the job. When I followed up again, I was told by the sales rep that I should install the brackets I suggested they should of used and paint the line cover myself. That’s not something a paying customer should be expected to do especially after financing a full system install.

I also tried contacting the install department and their quality assurance manager directly, but the main office told me no one could be reached and that they don’t give out emails. There was zero accountability or proper follow-up from the company itself.

The sales rep tried to help, but the company overall showed poor communication, lack of quality control, and no real customer support once the job was done. I wouldn’t recommend them unless you’re okay finishing the job yourself after they leave.

Anthony W was very professional. He walked us through everything he was doing, showed us pictures and provided great customer service. We need a couple of repairs, but he gave us options that made it manageable.

David and his team were very knowledgeable on repairing what the previous administration had done in the installation. They asked us questions as they were repairing and tried to fix all of our concerns. Very professional and seemed very happy to listen to us and very courteous and respectful.

The tech Enrique Ochoa was phenomenal, professional, and courteous. He made the whole experience first class, I will definitely use your business again .

Brandon came to our house to do an ac system maintenance. He is very knowledgeable and very respectful. He listened to our questions and answered them. You can see he loves his job he loves what he does and is a people person. Thank you for taking the time and checking our ac unit.

Home Depot in Southern California uses RighTime Home Services for their HVac services. We required a new gas furnace for our park model home, which we booked through Home Depot. We live in a smaller, remote community, but still received very quick and excellent service. We registered with Home Depot on a Friday and had an installed, operating furnace by Monday. The Technicians who installed the furnace (Ron and Tyler) were very professional and efficient. The whole process with RightTime Home Services was excellent.

I was informed by a worker at Home Dwpot about a service special they were offering. Ended up being even less! Mario was very friendly and identified a couple things to keep an eye on, but no real up selling. Straight maintenance/check up.

I had the coil replaced by Myshera and Mario they explain everything step by step very knowledgeable aI was very satisfied with the service. I will.
Recommend them to family and friends.

Sorry but this company is a joke. I scheduled a appointment for my heater and call again in the 4hr time frame to see where they were. After pushing back my appointment to later they no call no showed. Then when given another chance they want to way over charge for work to be done when bad parts was not the problem it was a loose bracket. Then after canceling a appointment I get a text that they were still coming so I had to call them back again. Stay away from this company they are about money not good customer service.....

Tony was amazing. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. He gave awesome advice on how to make sure both my systems stay running in tip top shape. He showed me pictures of my system for l any of the work he did or needed to do. He was honest and made sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend his services.

Adrian arrived as per timeframe, diagnose the problem and rectified it within an hour. It was completely finished leaving no mess to be cleaned up. Explain what he had done . He did an excellent job

We finally replaced our 40 year old hvac system. Many thanks to Jeremy & Daniel for being prompt and professional in the whole installation process. Everything was explained to us thoroughly and they made sure our home will now be more efficient and safe. Thanks guys! Happy Nee Year

Right time crew arrived on time for the service, Tyler and Ron were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They explained everything that they were going to do. After they finished, they cleaned up the mess, highly recommend to all.

Brandon was great, personable, and seems honest in his work. We appreciate the photos/videos of what he did so we can visually see what he was talking about; as well as a great job for educating us on the unit circumstances. $29 for a unit tune up is unbeatable anywhere!

I'm going out of my way to give RighTime the 5-star review it deserves. They replaced our HVAC system a year ago and we asked them to do a tune-up this week. It's so rare to find a company that goes above and beyond. All techs and phone agents have been professional, efficient and very timely and responsive to our needs or requests. Our tech today was Myshera who was very knowledgeable and informative and professional. I've had this same positive experience with all of their staff. It's such a pleasure to work with a company who is on time and gets the job done so efficiently! Highly recommend this company!

I want to thank the technician Mario Sosa that came out to inspect and maintenance my unit. He did a great job, very professional, and also explained everything along the way to help me understand what I should be doing on my end to keep my unit running strong! The service was fast and Mario was awesome !

Fantastic service and no bait switch. Theses guys went over and beyond helping us with plumbing issue from beginning to end. Abraham was our tech. He kept in touch regarding scheduling and was prompt. Nothing negative .
