My review on Henley’s plumbing. The plumber that came out is named Josh. Just want to say that he was very professional and had an excellent calm personality. He listened and explained back very comfortably in a tense situation. I had zero hot water and girls in my house needing hot water. My tankless water heater had to replaced and Josh did an excellent and professional job.
The whole process was done with drama free work and dialogue. The prices were very reasonable!

We had Shane and Patrick come out for our water heater that was leaking..They gave me a great deal on replacement and service!! On a Sunday no less!!! I will always use them for plumbing and Air Conditioning!!

Excellent service, quick and on time. Turned ac on for first time yesterday and fan not turning system not cooling, contacted Bob at RT Olson Plumbing Heating and Air he sent techs out next morning. Jacob and Patrick were very professional, friendly and informative. They evaluated the system, and its working great now!!! Rene came during the window expected. Was very knowledgeable and was able to help with the issues I had surrounding hot water. It’s pretty hard to find someone you can trust but I will for sure be using Olson plumbing for all my needs.

I was having a very bad experience with another plumbing company that had not done the complete job they had charged me for when I fortunately called Bob’s company. They came out and told me exactly what was wrong. Bob gave me advice and practically held my hand as the other company tried to tell me that they had done all the work properly. With Bob’s help I’m getting everything done properly.

I have a membership with RT Olson and every time I need them they send someone quickly. They are always prompt, friendly and efficient. Best company I’ve ever had to deal with.

RT Plumbing is amazing! We had a leak around the bottom of our toilet! I called for an appt and they were able to make to the house in less than 24 hours of reaching out! Rene came out and assessed the situation and gave us an estimate! It was reasonable! He let us have an option of getting our own toilet or he could get one for us! We decided to get our own toilet so scheduled an appt for install the next day and they had availability! Rene explained he could not do it, but we would be in good hands with another technician! He was correct! Adam showed up the next day… He was on time and friendly! We had a new valve, install of a new toilet, and a water heater flush! He did all 3 things in a timely fashion! Adam was great! In addition to having a pleasant experience in person with RT plumbing, the person on the phone was also helpful and friendly on the phone! I would recommend this plumber to use for all your plumbing needs!

Tim came out and checked my a/c system for leaks, the unit had no coolant. Tim located the leak in the evaporative coil in the attic. He gave me options on repairs or replace with pricing and no pressure. Given my unit was 11 years old, I opted to replace. Techs came the next day and replaced, they were very neat and professional, exactly what I expected. Thank you!

RT Olson was amazing and very quick to get the job done. My AC brokedown on the hottest day and the weather cool down. During the cool down, I contacted RT Olson on Tuesday and they got it in on Friday, before the summer. Tim and the entire RT Olson team were very friendly and professional. I have another AC unit and if it breaks down, RT Olson is who I am calling. We are now ready for summer.

RT came out and fixed our toilet problem. He was fantastic and very friendly and professional. He definitely leads by example as the owner of his company.

I woke up this morning to find that my ceiling was dripping water on me as I was brushing my teeth and like any normal person I went to investigate and quickly realized this was all above my pay grade! Tim and Tyler were at my house in a flash and came to the rescue. They handled all the tough dirty work in the attic and made it look easy! Tim also completely hooked us up with the most beautiful new thermostats. We live In Murrieta and it gets so incredibly hot during the summer and so cold in the winter so survival here means heating and air needs to be top notch! We are all up and running again now thanks to these amazing gentleman at RT OLSON plumbing heating and air I can’t recommend them enough!

I am a REALTOR® and needed a quick plumber for a job, I was not very satisfied with the plumber that I was using! I met Shane… One of the associates at our gym and I reached out to him for Plumbing needs. They were able to do the job quickly and professionally. They all were conscious enough to let me know that somebody was tampering with the front door lock! That showed me that they cared not only about their business, but about our business too!

RT Olsen has been absolutely outstanding. When my water main broke, they showed up promptly, fixed the issue, and even re-piped the entire house. Later, when my gas line blew, they went above and beyond to help me find the best solution. Their reliability and honesty truly set them apart. I highly recommend them!
