Very happy to have found an experienced, trustworthy, and friendly local plumber. We had a leak near our kitchen sink and Edgar was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He fixed the issue for us by replacing our drainage pipes for a reasonable price, as well as gave. He has also hydro-jetted and scoped our drains to keep them running smoothly. The experience is always fast and smooth, plus he explains things up front so you know what's going on and what your options are. His advice comes from decades of experience and has already saved us from some costly repairs. We highly recommend Renew Plumbing to all our friends and family.

Our experience with Edgar and his team for the past year has been nothing short of spectacular. We purchased a home that had been a rental and therefore the plumbing had been neglected. The first time he helped us he fix an issue he was extremely honest and a job that we thought was going to be super complicated ended up being fixed with ease. He not only took care of the issue but also gave us tips on how to keep our plumbing running as efficiently as possible which we really appreciated. The second time he helped was when there was a leak (in our complex ) that he was able to diagnose quickly. I appreciate that he explains with pictures some of the work that he does as I’m a visual person. Edgar and Frankie did an excellent job with fixing the pop-up assembly in our bathroom sink. It works smoothly now. I’ve had previous jobs done where they cleaned out the drains in both bathrooms, replaced valve on clothes dryer and added new gas flex line for the dryer also. I highly recommend the work they do. They also help in giving us discounts each time.

I needed a shower valve replaced in one of our bathrooms. I had just refinished the shower tile and wanted to avoid breaking the tile (if possible) so we wouldn’t have to get one of those big ugly repair kit plates many people get to cover a bigger whole, or worse do tile work. Other plumbers told us it couldn’t be done and tile would have to be broken and bigger plate was inevitable with possibility of tile work. Renew plumbing guy from the beginning was confident it could be done with the space available, but was at the same time honest there was always the slight possibility of breaking tile to access valve. This made us feel listened and understood, great customer service. Then on the day of the job, it was done quickly and neatly. Finally topic of price… most reasonable pricing I’ve seen. You can tell this guy cares about people and loves what he does. You will not be price gouged.

Edgar and his team cleared an area drain issue in my backyard due to a mysterious landscaping problem that confused my family for almost half a year .Edgar came out last week and kindly assessed my problem , gave me a very honest professional opinion , and never pushed his services . Edgar was fantastic. He was communicative, clearly explained what was going on, and got everything fixed without any hassle. I called Staiger Plumbing for a quote on a simple job at my house, and instead of just booking the work, he took the time to walk me through the process so I could handle it myself and save about $150.
