I have used Speedmates Home Services before and I was very impressed with their service, quality of work!! I had my dryer serviced and Igor did a fantastic job!! Very professional and nice!! Keep up the great work!!

Igor came during the time frame set. He was polite and was able to take care of the dryer. I would certainly recommend this service. We were in a bind and it was the only company that could service our dryer on the same day.

Igor, yes that is his name, was terrific.
He was knowledgable, got down to business and fixed my Bosch dishwasher.
The end to end software Speedmates uses was efficient. I was impressed.

I was very impressed (and relieved) that Speedmatws sent someone out first thing Easter Sunday morning! They sent Tim, who was incredibly knowledgeable, fair, and kind. He located the problem quickly and didn’t say anything else was wrong just to make a buck. He taught me 3-4 things to help me with taking care of my washing machine. He even checked me for understanding and as a teacher, I appreciated that. He has an even-keeled personality; he wasn’t aggressive, loud, or pushy. I will definitely call Speedmates back again when needed and ask for Tim. Great experience!

Repair guy was knowledgeable and personable. Very professional. Turns out LG will repair my fridge free of charge since it’s less than 4 years old, so I only paid the diagnostic fee, but these guys were quickly available and knowledgeable. I would recommend them certainly 😊

We received excellent service from Igor. He came early and texted me about his arrival. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us make a good decision about our wash machine. The most amazing experience I had....I couldn't been more appreciate for the fact that they were able to come out the next day to evaluate the issues with my washing machine....considering it was only 5 days before Christmas. Igor was fast, knowledgeable, and caring and understood how important it was to get repair the washer before guests were to arrive. Diagnosed the issue on Saturday, ordered the part, and returned Sunday to install and verify the washer was operating properly. He was communicative the entire time and I knew what the status was and when he would arrive to perform the service within 30 minutes. There was NO lengthy waiting around time for someone to show up. I highly recommend this company. You can't wrong. I will definitely use them again. I'm extremely pleased with everything, and Igor was amazing!

Quick and easy and very friendly. Got our washer machine up and running again and let us know how to clean drum with a product called AFFRESH by Maytag...would definitely use again if something breaks

This is the fifth time I have used SpeedMates home services.
Igor can troubleshoot and fix anything! I can highly recommend them without hesitation.

I called kind of late asking for a repair on my Samsung washer, Igor was the repair man that messaged me and came to look at my washer the next day. He knew right away what was wrong with my equipment and ordered parts, gave me knowledge on why it was having issues and how to properly take care of my washer. Once the parts came in he than contacted me promptly and was very understanding on days when to visit for my convenience. The day he came to fix my washer, he quickly took apart the machine and switched out the parts very efficiently and showed me what was the issue, it took about a hour and was extremely respectful. Price was fair and explained to me about the warranty and if there was anymore issues than the company will come back out and fix it.

Very thorough on his estimate to fix my 10 year old Kenmore Washer. He gave us good advice on what not to do and what we should do when we get a new washer so it wont wear out so fast. Thank you!!!
