Last week my 22 year old clothes dryer broke down. As it happens misery loves company. This was Friday and we had a guest who would stay for a few days. I called a local number for repair so I could have the dryer repaired promptly. A young man,Terry, from Reliable Appliance Service sent a message and showed up an hour later. He diagnosed the problem promptly, gave me a reasonable estimate and fixed the problem. However, the dryer quit again. I sent Terry a text message and he showed up promptly. I was concerned that I may be charged now for another problem, But to my pleasant surprise he stood behind his word, fixed it with additional parts at no charge. Needless to say, we are very pleased with this service and would recommend them highly to our neighbors and friends.

Igor did a wonderful job doing maintenance on our GE washer and dryer. On time, efficient and he cleaned up everything when he was done!

I have used speedmates multiple times for my washer and dryer. They get here within hours of my call, they are always respectful of keeping my home clean, they do a really great job and communicate with me throughout the service. I have used other companies and have had really bad experiences. I would say speedmates is pretty exceptional.

I was surprised Saturday afternoon when I was able to book a Sunday morning appointment from Speedmates. Tim was on time, troubleshooting my dishwasher problem, and repairing it in just under 85 minutes. I am impressed.

Quality customer service that you don’t really see anymore! This company is fast, honest , and friendly. I’ve used them 3 times and each visit was well done with a lot education about my machines and how to keep them running well. My 3rd service ended up being a generous free assessment because they determined the repairs would cost more than getting a new unit and I had just called them regarding a separate unit that month (I had some bad luck with my machine lol)

Very responsive, professional, honest, and clear. We like to support services in our community, though it is often difficult to find decent people. These guys are great! Their system, pricing, notifications, and explanations are very clear, work was done well and quickly. We had them repair our refrigerator, do a checkup on our ducting, and called again for them to look at our oven. We will be calling them when we need services they offer.

How do you find a quality repair company? I looked at the customer reviews and for this company they were all excellent. So I selected them by the posted reviews. My problem was with our gas cloths dryer. The dryer was making a high-pitched sound and there would be a thumping sound as if there was a tennis ball in the dryer (of course there was no ball in the dryer). The service rep, who was very pleasant, stated that the pulley needed to be replaced and that was the reason for the thumping. He stated the high-pitched sound is because the belt was wearing out and it too need to be replaced. Cost of $493.88. I authorized the repair except he was not able to repair the dryer at this time. Second visit he performed the repair. At the end of the $493.88 repair the dryer was still making the thumping sound along with the high-pitched sound. Then the service technician stated the problem is the gas solenoid and that needed to be replaced. Not having any options I had him replace the solenoid at an additional $58.95. After all of this and two months later the thumping is still present but good news, the high-pitched sound is no longer present.
