For the second time I am very impressed with Reliable. I called for help about 11:30. Their operator said they could be out by 1 to 4. Ron arrived at 1 and replaced all the belts and pulleys in my Maytag Washer. He had the parts in his van. Last visit in January they serviced my Sub Zero refrigerator. Did a great job.

Roman was amazing, he figured out very quickly what the problem was with our washer and came up with a solution rapidly. We will call him again any time we need appliance repair. Highly recommended!

Great service! Elon was my technician and he was communicative about his timing and confident about his initial diagnosis of my non-working dryer. He disassembled my machine and explained what he was seeing and what needed to be done. He worked quickly and had my dryer working again in less than an hour. I highly recommend Elon.

sorry to say did not have a good experience with this company. Had a leaking washing machine. Tech could not figure what the problem was, so he suggested that we run the machine a few times with a cleaning pellet. That didn't help at all. Called them back and they scheduled a tech to come out between 2pm and 5pm. No one showed up so I called them. The receptionist said she would have the manager call me with in 20 minutes. No call received. No call the next day...

So, I have to say now I am impressed with this company. After my initial negative review, a manager named Victor called and said he wanted to make things right. It was a bit late, but he asked to swing by to see what the problem might be and would schedule to come back tomorrow to repair. He was very thorough and polite and said he would deduct the amount we paid on the first service call from the repair. I would definitely recommend them for your appliance repair.

Our Samsung dryer stopped working Friday night, and I called first thing Saturday morning and Ron was at our house by 10 o’clock. Absolutely love him and love his work. He was extremely kind, efficient and clean. I will definitely be calling him again for any issues.

Ron was amazing! Our dryer started making loud noises last night. We called this morning to schedule a tech to come out and were pleasantly surprised to be able to get an immediate appointment. Ron carefully explained the issues and recommended fix. He had the parts with him so it was fixed in a short time. Thank you for the professional and speedy service.

We used Reliable Appliance Services Inc. for a commercial refrigeration issue. While a technician did arrive the same day, he left without reviewing his findings with us as we had specifically requested. We later received a $6,790 repair estimate by email without any prior discussion, explanation, or opportunity to approve the work.

When we called for clarification, the owner returned our call but abruptly hung up on us mid‑call. About ten minutes later he called back as if nothing had happened. When we asked why the call had ended, his explanation was unclear and did not resolve our concerns.

Based on our experience, communication and professionalism were lacking. In our 22 years in business, we would not recommend this company, and we found their approach to communication and accountability disappointing. We strongly advise confirming authorization and communication expectations in writing before service. You may also want to review this company’s Yelp and BBB reviews before deciding.

Roman was very quick to respond and made himself available on the same day which was great. He was very detailed and showed me the parts that needed replacement, he is honest and completed the work successfully. My dryer is working great, no weird noises and drying properly. I highly recommend him.

Called to get my refrigerator looked at and they wanted $100 just to come look at it!!!! That’s ridiculous!!!

I received a good service from Alex, very professional and down to the point.

Called and made an appointment for yesterday 7-10pm sat there waiting for 3 hours and no one showed up! So unprofessional! Would never call them again!!! Worse customer service as well! The dispatch needs a new job you know for a fact that’s not his happy place!

The $99 just to explain my appliance problem, and if they can repair, add the $99 to labor and parts, not in my budget

This is a rip off $600 to fix a washer!
They charge triple or even four times the parts cost and labor fee is rediculos just say straight out you don’t want to work on fixing the washer.

I found someone that fixed it for $150.

Joesph was very responsive to urgent refrigerator repairs this week. Gave great advice with regards to the repair. I generally felt he wanted what was best for our situation. He was knowledgeable about our unit and efficient at assessing the problem. Would definitely use his company in the future and would recommend.
