Service was incomplete. Told the replacement part would be 3-5 days- been over two weeks and today was supposed to be service window. Last hour of service window part is damaged and will be another week. Called GE- part in stock service available tomorrow. I wanted to like a local repair company but very disappointed. Customer service is sub par as well.

My request for my LG refrigerator repair (for very loud noise) was responded to quickly and efficiently. Andre arrived on time, inspected the appliance and ran diagnostics and informed me of each step he took. He fully explained possible reasons for noises I might hear, but found nothing wrong with my appliance EXCEPT maybe the ice machine was set to ON but I wasn’t using it. He switched it OFF and it hasn’t made that loud popping noise since. He then answered questions I had regarding filters that I am responsible for and assured me my refrigerator was in great shape. I will call upon 5 Star Appliance Repair and Andre when I need maintenance and general cleaning of my LG washer and dryer appliances.
