They responded quickly to an emergency, at a good rate. They advised me of my options for repair vs replacement, with replacement being less costly. They also repaired other appliances for me. I'm very happy with the service and highly recommend!

Responsive, timely, reasonably-priced service. They were available to come service my 3-year old GE washing machine within a day or two. They diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and got it working again within a week. We asked them to replace a belt as well to ensure it ran well for years to come. Will definitely use them again should I need appliance repair.

The repair was done to a stacked up washer/dryer unit. It was on a third floor of a condominium building downtown San Diego, Little Italy. That area sometimes is not easiest to access because of parking etc etc.
I appreciated the advice I was given. It was much easier to repair the current one than replace it with a new one. I was told that earlier built units had a longer life than newer stacked up units. It was definitely to my advantage to repair the existing one than haul it and replace it with a new one. It all worked out well. It cost me less to have it repaired. It saved me the trouble of hauling mine and bringing in a brand a new one. And yes I now have been using the repaired one for at least 5 years. It has been a win, win situation.

Tony was great! He did a fantastic job helping us pick out our appliances. He was very knowledgable. We purchased 3 appliances for our kitchen remodel. There were a couple snags that were the fault of the manufacturer and Premier handle the issue quickly. I was very happy with the experience.

Technician showed up on time, quickly discover the issue on my washer and recommended parts needed. Gave me option if I want to buy the parts on my own and just pay for labor or he’ll take care of parts. He also mentioned I can just keep using my washer and just replace the part when it completely breaks down. I have not replace the part and my washer is still working fine. The technician is very knowledgeable, gave me practical and honest recommendation. I would recommend him to other people. Job well done.

Excellent excellent excellent customer service! I would use this company again--from the owner to the repair person to the receptionist, they were all forthright, communicative, helpful, above and beyond what I've seen out of any other company. Such a positive experience. In the end, the dishwasher couldn't be fixed. But, they really tried and were also so respectful about not wanting to charge me any additional money for them to try to fix something that was beyond repair. Very positive experience.

Scheduled appointment for refrigerator service at 12:10pm on 3/19- received voice confirmation that they would be here between 4-7.Received text at 12:27 pm confirming appt between 3-6 . I texted back at 6:13 pm to ask if they were still coming . No response back . As of 7:26 pm no call back, no show

I called to see if I could get a repair done on an appliance. The female who answered cut me off while I was trying to explain my needs and asked for my zip code. After I told her she told me that they don’t serve my area. She then hung up on me. I went back to check the website and it definitely says that they serve my area. I called back and got the same rude female. I was telling her that the website says they service my area and was going to suggest that they might want to correct it when she rudely cut me off again and hung up on me.
With that degree of customer service I’m glad they don’t service my area!

Tech was not familiar with my GE washer. I showed him how to get into diagnostic mode ( I learned from YouTube the night before). Diagnostic reported mode shift error. Tech wanted to replace mode shifter until I pointed out that I ran the washer while watching the mode shifter work and that the main motor was not operating. Then he claimed , without any testing, that the main board was bad. I didn’t want replace every part on the washer and to spend more than the washer would cost new. I purchased a new washer. I gave a generous rating of 3 stars because he was polite and on time.

They were quick, professional and good in communication. Now my stove works perfectly. Definitely gonna hire them again if I got any other issues at home.

Do NOT use this company. Called them to repair an ice maker, thought they were local (Phoenix), they're not (CA). Sent over a very young technician, who showed up with no tools and took 30 seconds to announce that a new ice maker was needed. Paid half the $350 fee and he came back and installed. Still no ice after two days so called them back and asked for a different tech person. Was told that "all of our other tech people are on vacation until the end of the year" (this was first week in December), which was obviously b.s. Sent same kid out and after pulling the refrigerator out and doing some adjusting, pronounced (again) the ice maker fixed. Now it produces NO ice. When I called the company for a refund, they said a manager would call back. Been two days and still have not received a call. Terrible company.

Update: I owe this company an apology because, shortly after this post, they called and scheduled a "senior" technician (which is what I asked for previously) to come out. That person, Sergio, fixed the problem and the ice maker works now. Still not happy to be paying for a new ice maker, but happy that they recovered and fixed the problem with no additional charge. Thank you.
