Max was great. He diagnosed the problem with my LG ice maker and quoted me a fair price for repair. He ordered the required parts and was back the following week to install. He was very detailed with his diagnosis and was always on time for his appointments. He even contacted me a few days later to make sure everything was working right. I will definitely be using Appliance Smart Repair for any future repairs.

I needed some work done as my clothes dryer stopped working. A good friend suggested I contact Appliance Smart Repair as he had some he had some recent work done by them and was very pleased. So glad I took his advice as I got a friendly greeting from Max, who was absolutely wonderful

I called on 9/3 because of a freezer issue and Max made an appointment for me the very next day on 9/4 1-3pm. On 9/4, A little after 1pm, he sent me a text to let me know he was in La Jolla working with a client and would be headed towards me in a couple minutes. I loved that! So many appliance repair companies show up late or just leave you guessing what time they will show up between large time gaps - so that text impressed me so much because nobody wants to wait around all day.

Once he arrived, he was very clean cut and neatly dressed -- another plus! Sometimes people show up sweaty and dirty, so it was nice to see that. In a weird way, it made me trust him more?

Another great thing about Max is that he was so kind and spoke in a very soft and polite manner as he was explaining things to me. My boyfriend really liked that - definitely a huge bonus for any woman who lives alone and has anxiety about strangers coming into their home for repairs. I would have felt very safe if my boyfriend didn't live with me.

Max was in and out - he knew exactly what was wrong and explained everything to me. I texted him an hour or so after he left to make sure I understood what he taught me correctly; and he broke everything down in text (after I paid him!). That was really very nice because it made it so easy for me when I was shopping for appliances.

Oh! And! And! And! His fee to diagnose was cheaper that the other four places I called. Incredible. Usually in situations like this I always am afraid I am getting scammed but with Max, I strangely felt like I scammed him?! I didn't --but everything was just so quick and painful and easy! CALL HIM! HIRE HIM! Infinite stars!

Max did a very quick evaluation of the problem with my refrigerator, gave me a very fair estimate, ordered the parts and the refrigerator was again working very quickly.

Maksim was prompt and came the day after Thanksgiving, he is personable, kind and trustworthy. My oven was not working and he saved me a significant amount of money troubleshooting instead of just ordering a part. I will definitely have him back for any appliance repair in the future.

I called Appliance Smart Repsir on a Sunday when our refrigerator stopped working. Max arrived the next day and determined that the compressor was done. He came the following day and replaced the compressor and repaired a couple of minor issues. He was very personable and k owlegeable. The job was completed in a timely manner with a reasonable cost. We are very satisfied.

I reached out to Max in a bit of an emergency situation with our washer water level sensor malfunctioning right before New Year's Eve. He was very responsive and started researching the issue and washer model before he even arrived at our place. We had had a flood and needed an assessment for insurance--even if it wasn't an option to fix the machine. It turned out that the machine is so old that there are no longer has available parts which he confirmed on site. We really appreciated his communication, quick honest assessment, and how responsive he is. We will definitely reach out to him as a first step for any appliance issues moving forward.

Maksim was out to service my oven and dryer. He was timely in his initial response and his follow up. He works from a well-stocked service truck which means I did not have to engage in the usual waiting for parts and many returns to finish. He was able to fix both issues on his initial visit. His price was fair and transparent. His ability to diagnose correctly also saved me time and money. Maksim was spectacular. I am sure he will be back to fix something.
