F11 error on my older washer. Wanted a verbal estimate but everyone wanted to come by and charge me 70-89$ for a visit. It probably wasn’t going to be worth repairing. Max gave me a verbal estimate so I could determine if it was worth repairing. Than you so much!!!

I previously used Appliance Smart to repair the freezer in my home. So when the icemaker at my church stopped working I called them. Max let me knowexactly when he would be there. I used Appliance Smart Repair for a refrigerator problem. They were great. I had same-day service. The technician was very professional and was upfront about the nature of the problem and the repair options. I contact this company over text messaging, they replied back quickly with an honest accurate answer based off of my refrigerators symptoms. They didn't charge me anything and saved me the money I would have wasted if I had someone come out. I need a new compressor which is almost the cost of a new refrigerator! I called this service after I had a previous estimate which stated that I had to change the compressor of my built in refrigerator for $$$, because it stop dispensing ice and it was not to cold on both sides, frezzer and refrigerator, so I may preferred to buy a new one, so I called Max for a second opinion, no need for a new compressor, nothing wrong with it, he fixed the refrigerator and now after 24 hours my refrigerator is working just fine! My refrigerator was leaking water, Max did a Great job and explained everything.

Our dishwasher was not working properly. It kept saying “not enough water” and wouldn’t work after 10 minutes of starting the cycle. I called on a Wednesday afternoon and I was able to get a technician to come out the following morning. Max was able to figure out the problem with our dishwasher and fix it the same day, as he had the part we needed. The dishwasher was working fine and he left. A few days later when I tried to run a cycle on the dishwasher the same problem happened. I contacted Max and he came back to our house the next day. He figured out more of the issue and fixed. The dishwasher work great now. Max was very professional, easy to communicate with and helpful.

I called late (about 4:10 pm) on a Friday almost closing time and Max Appliance Smart Repair was the only company to come out. He did a thorough exam of my refrigerator and freezer. He told me what it needed and ordered the part and was out bright and early to fix it. Max is very responsible fair person. Give him a try I don't think you will be sorry.

Excellent. Thought I needed a new fridge, but the tech was able to replace a cord. He was excellent. Prompt, thorough and knowledgeable. Grateful.

I know! I know! - Christmas Break!

Some of the appliance companies that I contacted weren’t available until the following week. “Maks” was here the same evening to diagnose the problem.

He was on-time, profession, and friendly. He diagnosed it timely, and was back the next day to carry out the repair, which involved welding a valve (on an otherwise, unserviceable system) and adding Freon. (I’m a gear-head and love tools… so, I noticed he was well equipped with the best.)

He was careful and meticulous, including cleaning the work area upon completion. I like our Whirlpool, so I was glad it could be repaired for a reasonable price.
