I was very happy with their service. I called after hours and left a message. They promptly returned my call the next morning. The technician was very pleasant and professional and had all of the parts with him to repair my Whirlpool dryer. He fixed the problem in about an hour. I hope I won't need their services in the future, but if I do, I will call them back out.

The experience seamed great. Our dishwasher broke down and they came promptly, they were professional.., in 10 minutes he told me that the pump needed to be replaced for about the same price of a new unit. We bought a new one from another store when they came to carry the old unit they had to drain it, that's when he discovered food clogging the air gap, to be sure he ran the dishwasher Surprise!! It's working. Now an operational dishwasher is going to the dumpster because no charity that I could think of takes appliances. In short I will never seek their help again.

Great customer service! Called their office on Tuesday to schedule appointment. Chantel answered phone and answered all my questions! Made appointment for Wednesday between 9 and 12, and that Oscar would be my tech and would call me 15 minutes prior to showing. Oscar called right in the window, came out, diagnosed my LG dryer., quoted me a price. It was definitely in the budget. Gave him the OK to start the work. 30 minutes later.....dryer fixed! And below the estimate! Couldn't be happier! Will highly recommend Premier Appliance Repair to everyone! Thank you!!!

Don’t bother calling - these people are rude on the phone. Were incredibly out off and annoyed with my questions from the start, and dismissive entirely of the fact that I didn’t know exactly what is wrong with our fridge, but COULD be the compressor. Don’t bother calling them, unless unbridled attitude is something you’re ok with.
