Needed a microwave door repaired. Chris the technician quoted a price that doubled the next day because apparently they need two technicians to remove a cabinet microwave. Ended up just doing it myself. No calls or followup regarding the service. Had to text and call multiple times for a supervisor for follow up. Not worth the hassle.

The only good thing is that they came on the weekend. Had to wait 5 hours. They cleaned the coils and assured us that would fix the lack of cooling of our fridge/freezer, $350. Next day fridge still not cooling and was told $1800 to fix. Won’t use again.

Had a service call same day which was nice. After inspection I was told it was the thermostat and to my surprise they wanted to charge me $360 to fix. To me that was very expensive and decided to pay the service call price which was $100. Technician not the nicest or communicative. Will never use on call services any more. I paid 550 for the new dryer. Be careful when using this service company

Matt did a great job, and was knowledgable about whirlpool and parts. He also gave other important advice.
I called and they came same day $99 to look at two appliances and it went towards the parts and work. I’m completely satisfied with the service. Will use them again!

I seen the reviews and figured sounds like a good place to call.... when Seven got here at least that's what I was told his name was he came on the 13th to see what was wrong, I told him the issue, ordered the part which took 5 days.

Got a day for him to get here and he didn't know how the part when in. Being that he is in appliance repair kinda figured he did. We took in out ourselves because we were gonna initially gonna fix it ourselves (cldnt get the part) but he googled how tge part was supposed to go. Still had issues.... my father walked in and told him how it went in smh. Once he got it installed everything worked great, but still 216$ for labor when he had to be told how to put the part in. He looked completely lost and didn't know how to connect it.

Next time I think I'll look a little harder for the part to save 200$.

This place is called Reliable Appliance Services, but didn't seem that way.

Hanging up on your customers, is not a great way to get a positive review.

We called On call when our washing machine stopped working our technicians name was Chris he did an excellent job and he was very professional and friendly.

They came out gave me an outrageous quote cheaper to buy a new washer and didn’t give me an itemized list of what cost so much.

They were able to send a tech the same day and repair my dryer on the next visit. Very satisfied!

When my A/C died, a friend recommended On-Call. I called and had scheduled Josh to come out the same day and check it out. It was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. They gave a fair price to replace both my A/C and furnace. He showed up on time or early on both occasions and was very friendly and professional

Top to bottom great service. The tech was scheduled with the day. Tech (Joseph) was on time and flexible with his schedule which was very important to me. I had to leave work to get there on time. He identified the issue and the quote was totally reasonable. Great job On-Call appliance service.

Great service, they were very quick to reply and they were able to quickly identify the problem with our freezer. We will definitely use them again!

Got our washer fixed at a great price and same day. Luckily our technician had the parts loaded in his truck. I would definitely recommend them. Prompt, at a good price and they saved me from a trip to the laundry mat.

Mike came out as scheduled. Quickly identified the problem on my refrigerator and gave me an estimate to repair it. He fixed the problem within 30 minutes and was on his way. I would definitely call again

Our Whirlpool GE Top-loader control board was fried due to an electrical strike. We called Reliable to service. Dan showed up right on time as promised (called ahead.) He had to make several trips- to diagnose, get the part, a secondary issue was found - he persisted in making sure it was right. I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided. An honest company and technician.

We contacted On Call Appliance due to a recommendation from a friend. Liam came out to repair our ice maker. He was courteous and knowledgeable and fixed the ice maker quickly. It's reasonably priced as well. Would definitely recommend and use again for other appliance repairs
