A technician from this company engaged with my pet using a power tool (yes, a POWER TOOL) and escalated to verbal threats when I asked him to stop. He refused to identify himself.

When calling to escalate to management, I was told to “calm down,” and the focus was placed on personal familiarity with the technician rather than addressing the conduct I reported. The man on the phone stating “I know him personally, he’s not a bad guy” instead of listening to my concerns.

Erica and Katie on dispatch were the only helpful contacts here, and made sure the tech was not dispatched again to my property.

Driver 251 of a Chevy Pick up doesn’t merge properly, cuts people off, and was going 15 over in a school zone. All this happened in a matter of minutes I can only imagine what he’s driving like the rest of the day.

A driver from County Mechanical cut me off on the freeway as we were merging. He then honked his horn and gave me a look like I was in the wrong. Clearly he wasn’t paying attention to where he was going. I would not use a company that has employees with that kind of attitude.

545-610 morning Friday August 5th a technician was at a site called Vi La Jolla Village. As I am walking by with my dog he is using vulgar locker room conversation with his company vehicle windows down.

Driver 298 cut everyone off on the freeway and almost caused an accident. Called the office and they couldn’t care less. They don’t care about your safety
