Friendly and efficient and our three unit system was installed in one day thanks to Chris and the top notch crew. Plenty of tarps for the inside floors and plastic over any adjacent furniture or small items. Very responsive to questions or requests, even at the end of the day (thanks Miguel)

I just had the vents cleaned in my Condo by Friars Heating and Air.
Miguel & Gerardo the technicians did a fantastic job. They were very professional and knew what they were doing.

This company is awesome! They were on time, friendly and able to answer any question I had. My old AC was 20 years old. It was super loud and the furnace not far from going out. I received a competitive quote. They came out and replaced both furnace and AC. The slim line AC is so quiet, I wasn’t sure it was even on. Thank you Friars!

Friar's was awesome!! I filled out an online form on Sunday night. Someone called on Monday morning and scheduled my service for Wednesday. They arrived right on time. They were professional and really helpful. The technician explained everything and even recommended ways I could save some money. I have used most of the big name local companies for service in the past, but Friar's are by far the best. Thank You!

Worst customer service ever. I did not hire this terrible company, they are working 3 houses down from my house and instead of parking in that driveway they blocked mine. I called and told them to move their truck, two hours later my kids are coming home and our driveway was still blocked by their truck tail gate. I call back clearly upset and instead of apologizing and fixing their mistake they sent me a threat of the police over a text message. I will be pursuing this with the Better Business Bureau and the police.

Wyatt was courteous, conscientious and professional. He quickly diagnosed our AC issue and fixed it at a fair price. Our system is 20+ years old so I was ready for a hard-sell to replace it. Wyatt educated me when In asked questions about new systems and costs but he applied no pressure to do it now. This was a very positive experience and I plan to keep Friars’ phone number handy.
