Miguel and Christian were awesome! They remembered the install of the new unit almost a year ago. Was having an issue not getting any heat. Discovered the the filter was totally covered with construction dust from all the work I've been doing. Lesson learned, check your filter often!

This was a free estimate. Very thorough he gave me 3 estimates, High, Medium and Low. Friar's is the first company that came out and did a thorough inspection and measurement of what is needed. At the end of the estimate he asked if I was willing to award the job to Friar's. I told him no, because I want to see what others are going to charge. I will go with the lowest bidder.

Said was prompt and professional so grateful he could fix our AC unit quickly!
