Mike was absolutely amazing! He took the time to go over all the potential reasons the heater was not working, trouble shooter the thermostat and got the heat back on. He is extremely kind, professional and I highly recommend their company and ask for Michael!

Nathan from Mauzy was fantastic. He was able to come earlier than expected and communicated well. He solved my heating issue and did a thorough check of my system. Very polite, attentive to questions and followed up with additional information.

Wilber came out and scoped our lines, was very on time and professional. I don’t trust plumbers at all. I have been lied to many times. Wilber is honest and Mauzy should be proud to have such a high preforming team member. It’s people like that which make a company have a good reputation. I 100% recommend Mauzy purely if you work with Wilber.

I was transferred from Ideal Plumbing to Mauzy and had a HVAC system maintenance done by them on my 24 year old system. Michael Mitman was the technician, who did a very thorough and detailed inspection. I was expecting to have to replace the system, so got an estimate from Mauzy and another company. I decided to go with the other company because they were a lot less and two of my neighbors recommended the other company, I wanted to give Michael Mitman a very good recommendation (3-4 stars) even though I decided to go with someone else.

I had an awesome experience with Wilber from Mauzy! He was on time, super professional, and really took the time to explain what was going on with my plumbing issue. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right. He worked efficiently, cleaned up afterward, and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. It’s hard to find great service these days, but Wilber and the Mauzy team definitely delivered. Highly recommend!

The Mauzy team is amazing. We had a major propane leak in our basement, which filled the house with Propane and they were out immediately to find the leak and replace the hot water heater along with checking out the heating unit and the plumbing fixtures. I highly recommend them. They are professional, thorough and highly effective at their jobs.

Darren Murphy was my Tech for my furnace tune up. He was on time, performed the diagnostic tests and reviewed the recommended options to further the life of my furnace. He was very pleasant and caring. He gave me the Five Star treatment. He is an asset to Mauzy.

He quickly identified the issue and took the time to explain my options clearly. He made sure everything was cleaned up and working perfectly before leaving which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Definitely recommend this company and highly suggest you request Wilber!

The Mauzy installers were exceptional especially Jonathan. However, make sure you do an inventory of all the equipment being installed because we recently found out they did not use all Trane parts and used a Premier Indoor Plenum coils from Advanced Distributor Products. This was probably the problem they encountered when they tried to start up the system and eventually had to run a new connection which they ran up the outside of my home without even telling us they were going to do. Alex was the only one that could finally get the system running-thank you Alex. Not very happy with Mauzy right now.

Tim completed a thorough check of the plumbing in our home. It was late afternoon on a Friday and I worried that he'd be in a hurry to get home. But he took all the time he needed to report problems he found. He even fixed our water heater circulating pump with facetime assistance from an expert in the office. He was very professional and kind. I couldn't be more pleased. I hope we always get Tim as our plumbing inspector.

Joe is superb at his job. He was on time, did his work thoroughly and took copious photos of both my furnace and my air conditioning unit. I was apprised of all of my options for replacement, as my units are original and starting to show their age. I am not quit able to replace them at the moment but , because of Joe' s knowledge and professionalism, I will be purchasing my new HVAC system with Mauzy.

Wilbur C. at Mauzy is amazing. I’ve had three separate engagements with him and he is exceptional personable and caring. Wilbur has provided thorough assessments of my plumbing issues, answering all my questions, and leaving me feeling confident that I’m making the right decision. Mauzy’s prices appear to be competitive with the market.

Had a leaking water heater late afternoon. Mauzy sent Joshua Bookout to assess within an hour. He was warm and professional. Shut off water supply to the leaking water heater. Gave us options, thorough explanations, and arranged for replacement to be done the next morning.
He is a superb ambassador for Mauzy and plumbing.

Very disappointed with this plumber. We had a plumbing leak at 9pm and needed to shut off all the water to our home. The next morning I called our regular plumber but they would not be able to come to our home until after 5:00 p.m. that day. So I decided to give Sherlock/ Mauzy a call. A technician came out to evaluate the issue and gave us an estimate of $1,600. I thought this price was too high and declined the estimate. I called our regular plumber back and scheduled the after hours service. The total cost to repair was $241 and only took 25 minutes. I don't recommend this company.

Josh K. Was absolutely fantastic, helpful and kind. Such a knowledgeable person and very helpful. He was personable and answered all of our questions and did excellent work. Would definitely recommend Mauzy and especially Josh K. to do the work.

Edwin arranged it so the team would so the install in just over 12 hours from singing the paperwork, when Lukas and his team removed old units and installed new! They took care of everything (see the pic from mid-way through, keeping things clean), communicating where they were in the process at key moments. Lukas even took the time to tell me how I can best maintain my units inside & out through regular cleaning to ensure durability, something no one had previously done. I am a repeat customer and will remain loyal to Mauzy due to such positive experiences.

Darren was the best. He was patient and explained everything to me. He walked me through the issues with my furnace and what needs to be fixed and other recommendations to maintain the longevity of my furnace. He showed me pictures and was great with all the details. He walked me through financing. Great personality, outstanding knowledge.

Brandon was our technician, and was great about communicating prior to his arrival with an estimated time to be at our home. He was very pleasant, and explained what services he would be providing. During his visit, he was respectful of our property and kept us informed on progress of the work provided. He left things in order and provided a final update on his analysis of our plumbing. Very impressive service.

Phenomenal job by the Mauzy team, same day I called Edwyn came and walked me through what I needed. My previous 20+ year old system died and had to quickly get it replaced as we were in the middle of a heat wave. Edwyn was awesome, didnt over sell, covered what needed to be covered, threw the necessary discounts to make me feel good about this massive purchase. Price is comparable to others in the industry, but you get what you pay for, and honestly felt like I was getting the best equipment and system with Mauzy

They literally came 2 days later, Chris Sotelo and Christian Navarro seriously the All Star Team! These guys were here all day getting rid of my old system and replacing with this new one. They were very professional, very efficient, and cleaned up right after, like they were never here. I appreciate their communication throughout the process, and finally the run down at the end. No hiccups, everything smooth and Im typing this review in my very cool office, enjoying my AC again.

Alejandro and his technician were both very professional. Thye completed the furnace install in a timely manner and cleaned the area so it was like they were never there. I would definitely let the work in my home again.
