They didn't have the part I needed but got it in one day very helpful and pleasant.

Great customer service center three times. I’ve been there in three individuals. Lots of knowledge. The Stockton store is five minutes from my house and the Elk Grove store is a 45 minute drive and because of the way I was treated in Stockton I will drive the 45 minutes to Elk Grove where they’re kind of women and don’t judge you based on gender like the Stockton store. The Elk Grove store has kind, compassionate, caring staff members. Also they have great parking. If you are working at the moment, my truck and trailer unit could fit in their parking situation in the back really nice.

The location was kind of hidden the first time around but Google Maps showed me the way, the receptionist is very friendly and kind and the owner is always super attentive and open to negotiate

Ernie came highly recommended by yelp and Nextdoor, and he did not disappoint. We had him put an electrical socket outside for a wall mounted tv. He even ran an HDMI cable out through the attic so I can watch some baseball while the family plays/grills in the back yard. Ernie’s crew was polite and worked fast. Will definitely use him for future electrical needs.

We were in a total panic on a Friday. Total Electricity out in 2 of our rental units. We must have called 8 or more electricians and no one could come that day until Monday. We had tenants with no electricity and would have had to put them in a hotel. Finally we got Ernie and he sent his technician out on Friday afternoon. Fixed in less than 30 mins and for a good price. We will deifinitely use them again.

There was a short in an obscure location where the wiring tied into outside lights. The technician tracked it down and found rusted, tangled wires that the home builders left. They were all dead..except one. It was sparking!!! He cleaned up the mess, repaired the live wire. And now my outside post lights work again!! THANK YOU! What a kind and knowledgeable technician! I will definitely tell everyone about your company! You truly saved my home! (And at a very good price)! Whew! I’m so pleased!

Professional friendly customer service. Sent a technician within an hour of my call, upon arrival fixed my electrical outlets within an hour. Fair pricing, did not over charge me! Duarte will be my first call if I need any electrical service in the future.

When I originally phoned Ernest to install the Ev charge in the garage, he was immediately attentive and able to complete all of the work on schedule. He came across as quite professional and volunteered to obtain the permit as well. After he installed the EV charger, I followed up with him on the permission, but he lied and said he had just returned from vacation and would check on the permit status. I contacted the city of Elk Grove and discovered that he had never applied for the permit. I also requested the invoice, but I never received a response from him. Fortunately, I only had to pay for the service fees and not the permit expenses.
If you intend to utilize this service, do not pay in full until you have received all of the papers you require. I'd want to support local businesses, but this service has disappointed me. Extremely unprofessional.
