We have used them in the past with great service, FYI I called today and it seems they are out of business, they did not answer with the business greeting and the woman stated that they are not accepting any more business.

We had been considering Solar for a number of years and my Husband had researched it out and knew what he wanted. Future energy was the perfect match to our needs and their customer service was terrific. We filled out the paperwork and they basically took it from there. The installation was smooth. We passed the inspection from the city without a glitch. The system runs great. We have only had it a month and are still waiting on our first PG&E billing to see how well we are doing. We love the ability to track our system on our phone application. It lets us know that we are up and running. The only time I had to email the rep (and yes, he gave us his card so we could contact him directly) was when we had questions about upkeep of the system and he told us a follow up visit by the production rep is still in our future with all this information for us. So far - so good. Two thumbs up!

Future Energy Savers was an amazing experience. Briana explained the entire process to me and what my expectations should be. Having solar has exceeded my expectations thus far. The Customer service has been amazing, any questions you have just call and they will answer anytime. The installing technicians were amazing and had my solar installed quickly in two half days.

We knew we wanted to go solar, but we didn't want a lease. When Future Energy came to our door, my husband was convinced right off the bat and asked for them to return for an estimate.

After going back and forth for weeks about deciding if it was worth it, we finally had someone come and talk to us. Dale ended up coming out to talk to us and returned for the following appointments and I'm glad he did! He was so thoughtful and kind when it came to us dealing with our little toddler running amuck!

Dale was very thorough in explaining the system and answering all our questions, from system power drop-off rates over the system lifespan, to amortization rate (It should pay for itself in about 5 years), sizing and expected savings per month. After we agreed to buy the system, everything else was taken care of for us. Permits, licensing, scheduling inspections, were all set up by Future Energy. It was all very fast as well, I'm talking measurements, install and finalization all within a week!

I also like being able to monitor the system from the app. It looks like it updates about every 6 hours, so you can see how a cloudy day decreases your output.

I had my 5.5 kw system installed in November of 2019. I was happy that the salesmen didn't try to sell me a larger system than required and didn't try to install panels on the rear of my house (north facing). The installation went very well. Future Energy employees showed up and completed a very clean installation with quality panels and inverters/panels. My goal for this system is to provide approximately 80% of my electricity requirement and keep my PG&E bill from getting into second and third tier pricing going forward. So far my system performs well and I have not seen any service interruptions.
