Technician was professional. Made an emergency visit. Very knowledgeable in his craft and identified an issue in our A/C. Was able to fix it in same visit, and in a timely manner. Definitely welcome in our home again.

We got a couple units serviced and one very old unit replaced. Brandon is awesome. Works hard. Very knowledgeable. Took his time and made sure we were getting our best out of our units.

the fact that our home is on propane was not noticed by the installer so the incorrect burners had to be replaced. That should never have happened.

Highly recommend this company. Amazing customer service and trusted work. We had a 2 ton system removed from our attack which they had to take apart before taking out and a new one installed within 3 days. Clean, courteous and competitive pricing. Will continue to use them for service.

Julio & Anakin arrived on time. They instantly placed booties on there work boot before entering the home. That’s show myself as a home owner that they care about my home. The fact that Julio walk me thru the process and where they where going to start gave me the ability to manage my household so that we would stay out of there way while they work. Julio and Anakin started working immediately and showed me what they spotted wrong. Julio installed a new digital Thermostat. Anakin laid tarps down and started to remove the vents for the duct cleaning. As Julio & Anakin finished one vent at a time they cleaned up after themselves. Here is what is impressive. Julio went above and be on when he spotted the duct housing was not sealing between the sheet rock and the otter side of the box vent Julio took the time to seal so that flow can deliver max output. Blackwell Service has earned my business. I will be needing a new A/C unit soon and I will be using Blackwell Services for sure!

The communication was so weak, after every question I had they gave me almost no information and then said to have a great day. I’m obviously going to have more questions you gave me nothing. And the tech came when I wasn’t home and they didn’t update me when he got there nor when he left, and on top of it after his first visit there he shut our system down completely and we had no idea until I specifically asked if it was working or not after a full thread of communication of me begging for any information possible. No concern for the customer whatsoever. I know they were going through my landlord and they had to get authorization but my landlord said he had pre-authorized the work anyways so the whole repair took an extra 2 days of no AC and I had to house my dog elsewhere. The whole experience was just so poor and frustrating.

Every member of his team worked extremely hard to make sure the installation was done with quality and pride. Starting with Dave Pearson, his estimation specialist, to his insanely hard working installation crew. They were all very courteous, polite, knowledgeable and went the extra mile every step of the way taking absolutely no short cuts .

Joel Alvarez , Blackwell’s instation specialist, answered every question we had with a smile and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the job they were doing.

Eric came every morning to make sure the installation of our new a/c , heating and ductwork had been installed as of it was his own home.

I really appreciated their honesty—they didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need and gave straightforward advice about the best solution for my system.

Their website is also user friendly and found the chat feature quite helpful. I had to reschedule my plumbing service a couple times and they contacted me promptly after chatting with someone on the website.

Jose was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Jose came out late to our house to diagnose our HVAC unit and stayed extra long to help us find the right solution. We ended up replacing our whole HVAC unit after we were shown the damages/wear that our original unit had sustained over the last 25 years of use. He was honest and gave us multiple options as well as gave us time to check with the competitors. His knowledge and honesty was what ultimately won us over (the price, warranty, and labor coverage also helped). He got us situated, helped us complete the finance process, and got our installation appointment booked in no time. Once installation was completed He followed up to make sure we were satisfied. Huft has serviced the HVAC system in our home a few times now and the technicians have been great. They call me to confirm they are coming and the option to check on their arrival time is helpful. Upon arrival, they are friendly and explain what they’ll be doing. Once complete, the tech then goes over what they did and they share their findings. Overall, very good!
