Huft replaced our HVAC system 3(ish) years ago. They perform regular service checks. All experiences with the company has been very positive. In time, fast and efficient service, excellent communication.

From the initial quote, Trevor Gannon was professional, performed a thorough site assessment, conducted load calculations to ensure the system was properly sized, and helped us choose the right unit for our home. The installation team, Matt Palmer with Clayton and Justin, arrived on time, were incredibly respectful, and kept the workspace spotless. Matt walked me through how to use the new thermostat and answered all my questions. The unit is exceptionally quiet, and solved a long-standing airflow issue.

Where to begin, Ryan came by and did the free estimate answering all our questions. Gave us a quote and let us discuss and when we where ready to pull the trigger date for installation was our choice our time and they showed up in force Julio, Mike and Joe killed the install in half a day awesome work clean up. Awesome experience thanks to all for making this investment a simple one. Will definitely be putting the good word out about Arctic!!!

Ryan Rawson, Service Manager, with over 20 years of experience in the HVAC field was on time for our meeting to discuss my HVAC needs. He reviewed my existing HVAC system that was functional but was between 25 and 30 years of age. My goal was to replace the system with an upgraded and higher level of efficiency. He reviewed the existing system and discussed my need for a 3 ton unit given the sized of my house of 1840 SF. He explained pros and cons for a 3 ton, 3 1/2 and inverter options. I explained to him I was cost conscious and discussed my affordability factor. HIs approach and demeanor was very professional and informative, rather than listening to a sales pitch.

Mr. Rawson was non-asserting and won me over with his wealth of knowledge, which none of the previous HVAC company representatives presented. We agreed on a fair price and date for installation.

On the day of installation, the installers arrived timely and commenced removing the HVAC systems. The three installer were very helpful in answering all of my question and concerns. They were also very professional. It took them one day to complete the installation. They removed and loaded the older equipment into the truck and hauled it away. They left the area very clean.

Overall, I gave the company and staff a resounding 5 STARS for a job well done. I would recommend this company to anyway seeking information on replacing an HVAC system.
