Nick and his associate were friendly, prompt, and Professional. They replaced and installed both my AC and Heating System. They were very careful and thorough in completing the project. Nick found out that the controller circuit board was not working properly and ordered a new board right away. Great job Nick! Thank You!

Alicia thanks for the follow up and the quick response. I texted last night and I received a call this morning. You called me prior to the scheduled appointment saying a tech was available now if I was available. The tech rolled up and listened and performed troubleshooting. He resolved the issue, replaced the faulty part shook my hand and had me very happy in October in Sacramento triple digits..yikes 😬

Incredibly bad service. I need to call them multiple times. It can take months to get them to service my HVAC system, but they never fixed the problems. They are now refusing to come fix it.

Today is a wonderful day. My air condition unit went out last night. I called several companies to assist me, but they couldn't come out until monday. I have a mother in law that's on dialysis, and we really needed this air conditioner working. I called Arctic and explain my situation to them. They were able to schedule me a appointment the next morning, which is today Saturday. Joe was the person that accommodated me. Joe went over the call of duty to make my situation right. He gave me great information about my unit and recommended within the next year replace it. He was a blessing to me and my family.I can rest assured that my mother in law will be okay. I want to thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. God bless you and the Arctic company!!!

Late on a Friday evening, we had an issue with the compressor and whole house fan that Arctic had installed 4 years ago. We called Saturday morning and were able to schedule a repair visit. A tech came out and fixed the problem the following Monday. You can't get any better service than that!

Arctic HVAC and Construction really came through for us! They replaced our old AC unit and helped with some drywall and painting work. Everyone on the team was friendly, respectful, and knew exactly what they were doing. It’s hard to find companies that do both HVAC and construction this well—definitely keeping them in mind for future projects.

These guys came in located our furnace that no other company could. Installed an access door to the furnace within 2 hours in the ceiling!!! I highly recommend this company, really impressed by their efficiency, professionalism, and teamwork! Best in the business!

I’ve used Arctic HVAC and Construction twice now—once for a furnace replacement and once for a bathroom renovation. Both times they delivered excellent service. The techs were knowledgeable and the construction crew cleaned up after themselves, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend.

The technicians came out and took apart what was broken and fixed it perfectly. I would recommend them to any reframing need. They also adjusted my garage door tracks as they had to remove them to fix the damage. Great job.

Steve the owner himself came for a consult on PGE seal and insulate request I put in. He walked me through the program and also made honest recommendations, that I truly appreciate. Although ended up not moving forward with any services cause I didn’t need any, I trust that Steve was honest and had I needed work done I would’ve have gone with him and his company. A technician from Mac's came to our house on 5/20 to assess the install of an AC mini split. Was told I would receive a quote the next day. Quote was never sent. I called the office twice and both times was told the tech who worked with us was out of the office but they would get it to us ASAP. 17 days later I just got a text from them asking for a review of their service. We've now gone a different route since Mac's clearly wasn't interested in our business.

I would highly recommend Mac's Plumbing Heating and air. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was there were some challenges with the install that probably could have been avoided with some more thorough measurements during the quote process. That aside, the crew that came out to do our HVAC and Water heater replacement were top notch, kind, and thorough and provided some value add touches during the process.

Mac’s had the best price for replacing my heat pump, were able to schedule very quickly and the installers did a great job. All the staff is great to work with.
