I’ve been a customer of Airmech for about 4 years now. I have their service package so I get my furnace and air conditioning maintained once year. For context, my house is about 10 years old. Ive had a great experience with Airmech throughout the years. The HVAC technicians are knowledgeable and helpful. They give guidance on how to ensure your equipment runs efficiently. I’d consider them if you’re looking to get your HVAC serviced and maintained. BTW, my technician Austin, was super helpful and nice. I appreciate his wealth of knowledge and answers to my many questions.

Fast, reliable service! My 2-year-old air conditioner started running hot, on a day when the forecast high was 98 degrees! Fortunately Airmech was able to fit me in. Alejandro was very professional and pleasant, and showed me what the issues were. He was able to do the repair quickly, so that I could cool down. I appreciate the prompt service and attention to detail.

Austin show up early. He diagnosed my HVAC really quick. He is really knowledgeable and honest.

*Nov 2024: Update: My ac made noise, and I called Airmech. Christian came to my place the next day. He was very professional yet friendly and funny. He showed me the problem and fixed it, then tuned up the furnace. Another 5 stars 🌟 I feel so safe for this coming winter!

Oct 2024: My air conditioner was broken on weekend. It was Monday that I called Airmech and 100 degree was coming back to Elk Grove.
First of all, the receptionist was very friendly and quickly arranged for Alex to come that same day. He came in right away and explained clearly and thoroughly about what the problem is, what he can do. He was very professional and even wore the shoe covers the whole time!!! AND while he was on the way, I received the text messages about who is coming with a picture and where he is. Clear communication really bought me in to get the service because I really didn't want to deal with delaying issues when the extremely hot weather was coming the next day. In my case, the motor was broken, so he had to call the company if they have it in stock and had to ship it from another state. He arranged to order it overnight, and even so, I was expecting that it would take at least 2 days to receive and install. I was anxious and worried because the weather was going upto 100 degree and even higher the next day..
Alex called the next day and informed me that it has arrived and would come at 2pm to install! Wow! Later, he came even earlier around 11 with 2 other guys. It only took half an hour to install! My family was saved that day all because Alex, Derek and Jared worked it out friendly, professionally and promptly to fix the problem. I definitely 200% recommend Airmech for air-conditioning services! That's why I saw their reviews holding really high scores everywhere. Give them a call!

Austin came out to check our AC. It wasn't cold. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I told him we bought our home 6 years ago but never had a tune up. Our home is old and our HVAC was original. He told us there's not a lot of the type of coolant our machine needs and it's really expensive to get. Getting a new AC is the better option. We kinda already knew that because that's what our inspector informed us on when we bought the house. I told him I anticipated that and was looking forward to any recommendations he has. And I also told him that's why I went with Airmech because they're the subject matter experts on this and they also do installations. One stop shop for your HVAC needs. Austin scheduled a consultation appointment with another staff to go over our options tomorrow. He says SMUD is offering a $2500 rebate and $3000 tax credit. We're in a great time to get a new AC. I'm super excited! Thank you Austin!!

Airmech was the best choice I made when upgrading our heating and cooling system back in 2022. The system runs great which is a big plus , but what really sets them apart is the level of detail and level of service provided. Airmech truly provides a white-glove service from the install to continued maintenance visits.

The front office (Mary, Jessica & Rachel) is prompt and makes it a point to over communicate so nothing is left to assumption. The teams that come out to the house are always very professional and let me know what’s going on with the system and all the steps/things they’re doing during the visits. We had a fuse blow during 110+ degrees weather last summer and as dreadful as it was thinking about what happens next - soon as I made the phone call they gave me peace of mind and had us taken care of the very next business day.

The guys that really stood out and made the visits memorable and reassuring were Justin, Christian, and Antonio (who sings oldies while he works - yes Antonio, we remember the 21st night of September hahah).

The whole team just seems to love what they do. Positive attitudes all around and always pleasant to work with.

I was a little anxious working with Airmech for the first time, but I had no reason to worry. The service and courtesy I received from technician to management was exceptional. This business stands by their business statement and goes out of their way for their customers.
There is a lot to love about their service as well, they are timely, send you notifications for appointments, & when they are headed your way including an icon image of the technician you should expect. They explained the issue in plain language I could understand and kept me informed of the steps they would be taking. It’s a blessing to have heat again. I received excellent maintenance service from technician Samuel. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Samuel was very thorough and took photos of my HVAC unit and answered all my questions. My AC unit is summer ready! I highly recommend Airmech Heating and Air Conditioning.

Christian responded to do a general tune up on my air conditioning unit, as it started making a “clunk” sound when the condenser turned off. He was professional, friendly, and immediately put me at ease. He checked out the unit, listened to what I had to say, and explained everything about the system and what was happening. He was thorough and efficient and he explained everything he did and why. He gave recommendations on how to keep my system running better and longer, which I greatly appreciated!

Christian came out to my house to perform a tune up on my HVAC, he arrived promptly at 8 am, he was professional, friendly and explained everything thoroughly. I was very happy with his service and hence became a VIP member so I don’t have to worry about who to call for my next maintenance.

Btw, I called yesterday afternoon and got a next day appointment from a very friendly staff member who’s name I did not catch but she was very polite and helpful!

The A/C decided to give up the ghost on Friday night at around 9 p.m. on the tail end of a 104F degree day. Thankfully, Airmech had folks working over the weekend. Austin came out Saturday afternoon to run diagnostics and provide options, which included repair or installing a new system. Our system was over 20 years old and Austin diagnosed a compressor issue. Although we could have repaired it, we went with an installation of a newer system, as that made the most sense for the long run, considering the age of our unit, the costs to repair, and other factors.
Upon learning we had medical issues that cause extreme heat intolerance, Alex dropped off a loaner portable A/C unit to help us not melt in the 100F plus forecast for this week until they could complete the installation. Alex set up the loaner unit and told us there was no additional cost for that loaner----which we very much appreciated. We did not expect that level of care and concern and we feel it really demonstrates how much Airmech goes above and beyond for their clients. Alex then went over our options for different brands/models/types of HVAC units and we picked the one we felt worked best for our situation.
Both Alex and Austin were extremely professional. Both gentleman demonstrated patience with our questions, provided visual tools to help us understand the issue and our options, and went above and beyond with the loaner to ensure our comfort until they could complete the process. Austin even took a video of the compressor, showed it to us, and explained what was going on so we could see and hear the issue ourselves. And Jessica, the first point of contact for the appointment, also provided excellent customer service, with great communication, empathy, and professionalism. She sent texts keeping us informed of our technician's name, estimated time of arrival, etc. Airmech has a professional, dedicated, kind team who goes above and beyond. I'll update again after the install, but with this first leg of our HVAC journey, we are extremely pleased and impressed with Airmech and highly recommend them.
