Christian is awesome, explained everything he did to inspect the system so I would understand. He also allowed myself to see as he ran the camera through the duct work and found holes. Great service for sure!!! Now I just wait on the estimate to repair, I don’t want to replace only repair what can be repaired. Christian understands my situation.

5 Stars are not a lie. Alec was prompt with returning my call and able to get a tech out in 20 minutes. Austin, our tech, was very knowledgeable and professionally educated me. Exceeded my expectations and we will continue to do business with them. 5 stars!!

AirMech Team is the best in the HVAC business, at least here in Sacramento. From their office staff responding promptly and making sure you are taken care of, to their trouble shooting team led by Antonio, their Business Manager Alex, and the whole installation team that came over to replace my whole system the very next day. This whole team, including the owner who came and dropped off the team's lunch speaks volume of the company. The workers are very good and proud of what they do and made sure that our needs are taken care of. Great job guys, thank you.

Austin & Sam came out today to repair my AC unit that stopped working. They were professional & friendly. My AC is working great now!

Solid honest company. We found them after another company tried to rip us off and we called airmech for a second opinion. The company that tried to rip us off said the computer sensor in the unit was dried and it would be 2k. The dishonest company is two words that both start with b. We called airmech and it was just the electrical plug not having a good connection. They fixed for about $70. We have been using them for years since and signed up for their maintenance plan. Been with them since 2014 and will continue to stay with them. Today we had an issue. Christian came out (Great technician). Got in the attic, on the roof, dagnosed the issue,explained it to me and showed me pictures, and repaired. This was all done in about 30 minutes, and there was no charge because we are on the maintenance plan. The best in the bussiness.

Austin was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. My HVAC is working perfectly and I’m happy with the service.

My air conditioner quit, I called Airmech HVAC and the technician came in less than an hour and diagnosed the problem. Bad fuse.
Before he came , I got a text with a photo and name of the person coming to my home. He called me and said he was on his way.

During the hottest day so far of July, our A/C unit blew only cool air, not the cold air we were expecting. Called Airmech and they promised to come the following day. The technician came as promised before the scheduled time. He inspected the unit and found that it required a new part, which was installed. The total time for installation and testing amounted to less than an hour. The technician performed his task with professionalism and courtesy and was informative as to the defect in the A/C. We very much appreciated his his professionalism and courtesy. We heartily recommend Airmech for any A/C issues!

I had such a positive experience with Airmech Heating & Air Conditioning today. Our AC system is about 18 years old, and I was worried that a technician might pressure us into a replacement we didn’t want. From the moment Christian arrived, he immediately put me at ease. I told him right away that I wasn’t looking to replace my AC, and he kindly reassured me that replacement is always the very last option, not the first. That alone made me feel so much more comfortable.

Christian carefully listened to our description of the problem and then got to work. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty contactor. Since my husband has some electrical knowledge and wanted to replace the part himself to save money, Christian was completely understanding. Instead of pushing us, he encouraged us, even explaining where we could get the part and reminding us about safety precautions.

Thanks to his accurate diagnosis and kind approach, my husband was able to replace the part, and our AC is now working perfectly again.

I had a great experience with this heating company from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. My furnace was not working, and they were able to quickly diagnose the problem and explain everything clearly before starting the repair.

I would highly recommend Airmech Heating and Cooling to service your HVAC system or install a new HVAC. I had to replace my gas HVAC system and I decided to go with an electric heat pump system. From Alex Maldonado who came to the house to explain our options to Fernando, Hector and Christian who removed the old and installed the new everything when like clock work. They were at my house on time ready to go to work. Any questions I asked they answered in a very professional way. I am very pleased with the service from Airmech Heating and Cooling.

It doesn't get any better than Christian! Very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. We have a system that needed fixing, and due to the lack of hot air and a 3month old baby, he fit us into a tight schedule in order to make it happen! Highly reccomend Airmech and their services!

From the very first call with these guys they were top notch with customer service. We had to reschedule our appointment due to last minute work change and they were super awesome about the change. When Samuel arrive he placed his boot covers on and went to work. I explained to him that we suffer from severe allergies and that we are not from NorCal. I change our home filters every two months due to the allergies. He began to explain the different options of filtration for the house. Now we are going to move forward with an Ion charged system said to improve filtration for the house and the HvAC system two fold. This will supposedly enhance the “blowing” of our air which all people will enjoy in the home plus keep the system running like new for up to 7+ years! I mean who doesn’t want that “year 1” of efficiency for 7+ years??? Due to us being on their PLATINUM plan we got a 15% discount plus due to the amount of the filters our home needs they gave us another discount!! These guys are all about doing what is right while improving efficiency, healthy air, and keeping their customers HAPPY! I am so glad I called AirMech!!! If you have any doubts don’t they are 10 star worthy! Thank you AirMech!!!!
