Rex was punctual and very thorough with the tune up visit. He educated us more on our system and he left the areas that he was in cleaner than when he arrived. Rex shared with us potential improvements such as some electrical caps. His customer service skills are impeccable, with great listening to the customer and no pressure. He is factual and to the point, but relatable. There is no one else that we trust more than Rex and One Hour for AC/heater.

Rexford was very professional! He was on time, clean and extremely knowledgeable. The analogies he used to describe his assessment of our HVAC system were easy to follow and understand. He explained what we would need to fix it today and offered an annual service to maintain his repairs until we are ready to replace our system. Rex explained what he was he was checking in the attic and explained his findings. He answered all my questions and even gave me some tips on how to run my thermostat more efficiently. I contacted One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning to inspect and tune-up our HVAC system (approx. 14-15 yrs old). Rex (Service Technician) was punctual, courteous, and very professional. What stood out is that he would check in with me each time he identified something that needed attention or of a concern instead of summarizing the findings at the end. He took the time and explained thoroughly in detail what he did, what he was doing & testing, what I should know, and what he was going to do before he moved on to his next task. His approach in educating me on how the components/parts functions and what to pay attention to in regards to safety and signs of diminished performance gave me a better understanding of our system. In the end, I felt that he provided answers to most of the questions I had prepared before I even got to ask them. We discussed recommendations and potential modifications to improve airflow performance in order to prolong the life of our system, potentially saving us tons of $$$.

Not a single time I felt pressured or solicited into buying products and/or services, which is definitely a huge contrast with other similar businesses I’ve been in contact with in the past. I felt very confident and well-informed in deciding whether additional work was warranted (of which I’m in the process of scheduling for him to return).

On the day of the appointment I received a phone call informing me of a more specific time frame and then one hour before the technician arrived I received another courtesy text/phone call that he’s arrived. I appreciate the promptness of their service. The technician (Rex) arrived on time and was well-prepared. He introduced himself and started putting on his protective shoe cover which I found really nice because he’s not tracking in dirt into our house. He took the time to explain the procedures he will be doing for maintenance. He checked the systems and also explained each step he will be doing after that. I really appreciated how thorough he was with what he was doing and explained why maintenance is import and it ensures that the HVAC functions properly.

Chris is very professional and knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection and was more than happy to explain everything and answer all of my questions as I watched. He was also able to fix our Smart Vent. He's the first one we'll call next time there's a problem.
