Shows up on time, always communicating let me know the status and getting be to me with answers. Elite heating and air conditioning did a great job for me! The technician was very knowledgeable , professional and dependable. He explained what he did in detail and showed photos of the repair done. The charges were detailed and reasonable. I highly recommend them.

A couple of years I got a whole new system installed and it was great. If you’re looking for a new unit call Elite Heating and Air. Now it was time to get system maintenance so it doesn’t break on me. Kevin came, he checked out the outdoor unit washed it, checked some numbers, I have no idea what they mean, but he said they are working fine. Then cleaned the inside unit also checked the numbers again they are foreign to me, but he said I have nothing to worry about, the system is working fine and that I have nothing to worry about. Im truly happy that I chose Elite Heating and Air and you will be too. Kevin was really cool, in fact he met my doggy and showed me a picture of his dog, they could be siblings.
So if your system needs cleaning or if your it’s old and just needs to be replaced just call Elite have them come check your unit out and let the best team Elk Grove take care of you. They don’t call themselves Elite for no reason.

Elite Heating absolutely saved the day! They were able to come out the same day (on the day before Thanksgiving, no less!) and quickly fixed my heating system. I was hosting 25 people for the holiday and was so stressed about having everyone over in a cold house. Elite did a great job replacing my whole HVAC system including duct work and had them install a house fan too. Elijah and his crew were very professional and communicated the work to be done or if things needed to be change he made sure to keep me in the loop. Great company and wonderful owner and crew. Alex in service met with us first to provide a bid. He listened to our preferences and needs and provided excellent insight for what system would be best. We went with a Daikin Fit (we had a Daikin in the past and loved the quietness of the system). The install went smoothly and everyone at Elite was respectful, polite and enjoyable to work with. They also were careful about keeping things nice and put covers on the floors, wore booties inside and cleaned up after they finished. It is refreshing to work with a company with integrity and fantastic customer service. We interviewed several companies, but Elite seemed to care about helping us find the best product and gave us a fair bid for a higher-end system. Very professional company and service.

Superb service! Alex did a great job in explaining the diagnostic that he did on the first appt. He is very polite, respectful and very patience in answering questions, I didn’t feel like I am being rushed.

As soon as the parts are available Alex came and replaced the parts that needed to be changed. Did a great job and even went above beyond what is expected. Very accommodating and very honest and professional.

The owner Jason stayed in communication, great follow-up and prompt in making the appointment.

They fixed our AC problems and were completely transparent with the process. Shah provides excellent service and is a pretty funny guy. Would definitely hire again.

Last month, I had a AC tuneup by a big company. The technician told me Ac coil in the attic has been leaking & pipes are rusty. The company recommended me to replace the coil which costs me at least more than $5,000.00. Or the whole unit (Ac & heater) is replaced which costs more than $15,000.00. The company will help me with the loan.
My house is about 10 years old.
We are retired seniors who do not have the lump sum $.
Luckily, we searched the websites & found Aaa heating. Shah came by our house to check AC this morning & found out Ac coil in the attic is still in good condition. He only needed to put more Freon in. Now Ac works again

I wanted to share my great customer service experience with AAA AC. Shah arrived on time and quickly began diagnosing the AC unit. He added the Freon and even cleaned and degreased my unit.. it was not long before my AC unit was pumping cold air into my house. I would recommend AAAA AC For your AC needs.
