HVAC fan was blowing, but no cold air was coming out. Alex came during the slotted time and assessed that the motor was dead in the attic. After installing the part the next day, the AC was up and running again. He and Anthony responded very quickly, and we will use Elite Heating and Air again (hopefully not anytime soon!).

They were very professional and did an excellent jobs on installing my new AC unit. I highly recommend elite HVAC company to everybody.

Jason and Christian came by for another project at my humble abode. Once again I am nothing less than impressed with their work.

If anyone is looking for a company that actually stands by their name and offers Elite services with impeccable skill, Elite heating and air is the only choice over some run-of-the-mill.

Alex was over within an hour and a half as was told in an emergency situation... elderly woman in 100 degree weather and cooling system not working. Alex was professional, kind, caring, and explained in detail what was not working in the HVAC system. He found out what was wrong and installed the new part in less than an hour with cool air again. Pricing was reasonable.

Kevin was very professional and knowledgeable. He covered his shoes when he came in. He took photos and explained what he was doing. He convinced me to add a surge protector to my unit. Thanks for a great job.

Same day service, very transparent about the current status of my heating unit, took photos and video and showed me what he was seeing. Talked over all the findings with simplicity. Very professional.

Three guys were dispatched to my house for my install. I am very happy with their level of professionalism and attention to detail. I had multiple companies provide me with estimates. Out of all of them this was absolutely hands down the best choice. I got a two stage HVAC system installed for what other companies were charging for a single stage unit. Actually I’m lying it was actually one thousand less than everyone else for a much better unit.

I have never had a better heat in my home. I have been here 10yrs -and everyone would know I keep it cold but I never knew my heat could be as efficient. (3 air conditioning units and they are a pain-I figured it’s my house).

Kevin saved the day and was super kind about the situation. My neighbor recommended them and will continue to use them for the rentals. Thank you KEVIN !

Jason was very quick to respond to my inquiry regarding a new HVAC system. A knowledgeable Technician was sent out to assess and suggested what would be the best way for me to go. I was given a very reasonable price. Work was started a few days later. The 3 fellows sent out to do the installation of the new equipment were all very professional, worked hard and friendly. And they liked my dogs and cats. The work was completed and everything was explained to me and I was shown how to work the new equipment. Before they left, everything was cleaned up
I will be recommending Elite heating and air conditioning company to everybody.

Kevin was very communicative leading up to the appt. Once onsite, he inspected the attic and outside unit providing pictures and explanation about each unit and their components. He was incredibly thorough and informative, providing me a great summary. Great visit, i am so comfortable that my system is ready for the winter.

My AC broke down and Elite heating and air were able to set a set an appointment the same day and at the the time I requested. Alex, the technician, was very prompt and he was able to fix my 20 year old unit that same visit (less than a hour).
Not only was Alex professional and easy to talk to, he was also very clear and transparent about any potential fees.

Switch my gas hot water for an electric when my unit went out. They had to take a part my wall to get to it and I was so worried of how it would look afterwards. But, a couple hours later, the wonderful gentleman had my new unit installed and my wall looked like they hadn’t even touched it. Thank you, Elite for all you’ve done!

Happy customer here! Our mini-split wasn’t cooling anymore… was super easy to book a service appointment online, the tech was on time and did a great job explaining and fixing our issue quickly!

Kevin was knowledgeable and professional. He was schedule to come out on the same day I called and arrived on time, diagnosed the AC unit and told me what he was doing and what he was looking for.

Unfortunately after over an hour of dismantling the unit and checking the expected voltages at different parts, it was determined it was not a quick fix. Kevin then provided 4 options going forward, each with their price options.

It was hot out and he took his time diagnosing the issue. His time and effort was very much appreciated.

Kevin S came out and warmed our house up again! We were freezing, as our heater wasn’t turning on, and he fixed it! He was very professional and knowledgeable. I was surprised how low the price was. If you live in an older house, please get the maintenance package. It is worth it!
