Harel was a lifesaver who came over the next day after contacting him to help me with a horrible rat infestation that needed immediate attention for all of my outdoor furniture. Everything looks good as new and he showed up as he said he would to help us out! Really nice and professional. Appreciate my neighbor who recommended him and his company!

Called in A1 Pro clean this year for my wool area rugs, Berber stairs, and couches to be cleaned. Very happy to say once again they did not disappoint. They charged a fair price and were able to come within one day of my call. The crew they had were on-time, respectful, and took pride in their work.

This is the second time hiring A1 Pro Cleaning— First job was 3 floors of steep stairs. I felt kind of bad for them because it was so much work, but they did not leave even one dirt spot or stain.

Today they cleaned my son’s room. My dog sleeps in there & unfortunately tracks in everything from the outside & you know how it is with dogs.

The room is spotless now, like brand new carpet. Beautiful!! Thank you so much!! Very nice people too. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience with Harel! He came out on short notice to clean our carpets and upholstery, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the results.

From the start, Harel was responsive, professional, and easy to coordinate with. He showed up right on time, explained the process clearly, and got straight to work. Our carpets had definitely seen better days, and our upholstery was in serious need of attention — but by the time he was done, everything looked and smelled incredibly fresh.

Julian was great! Very professional! He had a very tough tough stain to get out my puppy had urinated a few years ago, and I tried to clean it myself, so it was just solution piled upon solution dirt piled upon dirt… it was very depressing walking in my room😞 I thought it was a hopeless cause and I needed a new carpet.. but Julian did an amazing job and completely got the stains out! I’m so excited to have clean carpet again😃 thanks so much A1 Pro I did a lot of researching and I’m so glad that I picked your company! I’m a very happy and satisfied customer! Harel and his team at A-1 Pro Clean did a great job. They were professional, respectful, and friendly. They took their time to properly deep clean the carpets and high-traffic areas, and everything looks noticeably brighter and cleaner. Pricing was fair and exactly as discussed. Definitely will be using them again!

We used Rachel's based on the five stars reviews, but had a HORRIBLE experience. Let me be clear for CLEANING services they maybe deserving of stars, however this review is for NANNY placement. We interviewed 8 total candidates, some of whom were not even given the basics of requirements, etc. and walked out of the interview. There were candidates with NO childcare/nanny experience. We decided to give one with a good "care" reference a try, who said she had nanny experience. She knew NOTHING about childcare, was caught on camera holding baby in the air changing her diaper a few times, would put her down on floor next to toxic cleaning material, while she cleaned her own room (she was live-in), told us it's too hard for her to hold the baby, she could NOT follow very simple bottle feeding/nap schedule written in two places, she told us our healthy 5 month old was too big and abnormal!! We would often hear the poor baby cry of hunger and mom would go feed her....We would fear our baby's safety and never trusted her to give her a bath. This person was a cleaner, with no regard to safety or basic childcare needs. We gave Rachel's another chance, as people working there seem to be nice. Our second round of interviews were horrible candidates. We respectfully requested to part ways and be given a refund given what had transpired and us having lost any trust in this company's ability to provide the very basic requirements for a nanny, which they refused. I am sure they can manage finding great cleaning people, but PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEIR JUDGMENT IN ANY NANNY/CHILDCARE PLACEMENT. If you do use their services we caution you against paying the $500 non-refundable fee upfront, for a placement that in our experience failed in every respect and showed their negligence, lack of due diligence, and breach of any duty you may expect of an agency. If our very basic requirements could not be met, they should have advised us from the get-go and not taken the money. AS A PLACEMENT AGENCY who charges a FEE for their service, they should at the very least offer you barely eligible candidates and take some responsibility for candidates they send to people's home. Simply having an attitude of we will put "people" in front of you to interview, fails in all respects of what an agency is supposed to do and for their "fee" to be "earned"....I can simply walk into the street and have "candidates" to interview for free all day. Please note this is our very first negative review anywhere! We always highly weigh reviews in our business selection and would love nothing more to give deserving starts to businesses. Our experience was painful, disheartening and full of disappointment. Shouldn't expect much of a "D" rated Better Business Bureau organization. I appreciate their response here (if any) in advance, but it does not change the simple facts and truth stated.

I've used this agency to find an assistant for my daycare. First I must say that Keren was great! She understood the urgency and called me on a Sunday her day OFF(!) to let me know that she thinks she found the right person for me- and she did!! The lady keren referred to me is great! She is everything I hope for and more. After trying to find an assistant in different ways I'm so happy I came across Rachel's home service- as a business owner it always was the hardest part of my job but thanks to keren and the agency I don't need to worry about it anymore :)

The cleaning crew showed up at 8am as discussed on our friendly phone conversation. They had all supplies needed to complete the tasks I needed. I was happy with the whole experience.

Very poor and horrible customer service.
They made me Zelle $30, about 3 weeks in advance before they schedule a housekeeper. I confirmed 3 times but at the end the person didn’t show up or call although I confirmed the correct contact number numerous times. 2 hours later I contacted karen to follow up. She told me that the housekeeper’s car broke down and couldn’t make it. They didn’t even bother letting me know sooner until I actually called. I asked for a refund of my deposit and she said that she’ll have to talk to her boss and will call me back. Since then they’re not answering my phone calls or txt messages. This company is a scam and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Thank you Rachel’s home services for helping me find a nanny at the very last minute. My nanny left Unannounced and unfortunately because I’m a full time employee I was in a panic. My friend referred me to Rachel’s home services and within 2 days we found the perfect fit. Karen at the front desk helped me until we felt totally comfortable with the nanny we decided to hire. I couldn’t thank you guys enough!!! Thank yo for being so patient with me, I’m sure it wasn’t easy with all of my demands :)
