Was very disappointed with the service they kept sending me ladies that had no idea what they are doing... or "nanny" that clearly doing nothing for the all day! Or when I'm not home going to sleep instead of working! They didn't take the time to really check our need and I been spending 2 months of wasting my money! Never again!

I can't recommend Rachel's Home Services enough! I called them because I needed a new housekeeper(s) and they sent Christopher and Imelda a couple days later. Rachel's Home Services made the process extremely easy and quick, no hoops to jump through, no long wait times on the phone. You speak to someone directly and tell them what you want/need and they find someone for you for only a one-time $30 referral fee. Christopher and Imelda are exceptional - extremely professional, great cleaners, and respectful. Just lovely to have in my home. I've hired them to come weekly now and just communicate with them directly, I don't have to go through the service each time.
