Came across Rachel’s home services while looking for a babysitter for my 2.5 year old. They helped me find the best match for my son. I also love that you can book a cleaner with them ahead to of time. Amazing for the holiday season. Highly recommend

With seven people living together in one place, it is difficult to keep an apartment clean. Even with daily care, stains and smudges accumulate. I've had cleaning agencies over before, but none have done the job better than Rachel's. Thanks to their friendly and knowledgeable staff, my apartment has never been cleaner. Definitely worth the price! Will call again (:

I can honestly say that my search for a nanny lasted a terribly long time. It wasn’t until I finally got to Rachel’s that there was truly a match made in heaven. Our nanny has been with us for years now and I don’t know what I would do without her. Karen knew right away who would be the perfect match for us. I cannot thank you enough, Karen. You have made our life so much easier and better with our incredible personal Mary Poppins that you found us.

BEWARE of Rachel's home services.
1st of all she pretended to not speak Hebrew when she is fluent. Then, she pretended her credit card machine was broken so I would have to pay cash. I hired her to find me a cleaning lady/housekeeper.
She promised me I would never have to be without a housekeeper for more than 2 days. However, once I paid it was a different story. It took 2 weeks for her to place someone with me. Then, someone came and at the end of her 1st shift she said she was hired as a caregiver (I don't know why!) and doesn't want to come again for cleaning. After that, I waited another 12 days for another housekeeper. That person only worked 2 days and then disappeared. After many calls she told me she has told rachel from the beginning she would only work 2 days! I took another 4 weeks to get another placement who was totally incompetent. This person vacuumed the outdoor floor by the pool and I caught her using the rag she used on the bathroom floor on my kitchen counters!! I kept giving her chances for a week before I let her go.
Rachel said she would give me a credit but when I spoke to the lady who worked for her she told me no because In her words I'm a Jew and I have enough money.

Hi, today they used Rachel's home services and my wife was really satisfied, the worker named Catherine was so thorough and cleaned the house just like a hotel. We of course highly recommend Thanks Rachel

I called in both times at the last minute and Karen came through, sent a true professional, cleaned very thoroughly, follows instructions, went above and beyond, even stayed longer, reorganized my laundry room and garage. They set a new standard.. I am extremely impressed and so thankful!!! TEN STARS

They sent someone who was so slow, and she sometimes doesn’t come without letting me know. I asked for someone who knows english, but she doesn’t know english.

We found our nanny through Rachel Home Services, and it was great! The process was simple, and our nanny is wonderful with the kids. We’re very happy and would definitely recommend them.

Really thorough move-in cleaning for our new home. Moved to a new area so didn’t know how to find a cleaner and the recruiting service made it really easy for us. Great communication and happy with who was sent. Only hiccup was the cleaner canceled the night before our cleaning at 8:30pm but then I told her we were coming to the area only for the cleaning (we were still living at our old place). She made it work and showed up on time.

So grateful to have found Rachel’s home services. I was able to find the best housekeeper, thanks to this agency. The service was great, and they really paid attention to the specific requirements I had for the housekeeper. They also help with finding caregivers and nannies.
