We needed to update the shower in the primary bathroom. From the 1st contact, the service was excellent. Great communication throughout the process. Philip and his partner did the install, they were very nice and mindful that I work from home. When they left for the day, the work areas were left clean. Philip explained each step of the install. We would definitely recommend Kohler.

The installation team of Kyle and Jose were polite, friendly, hard workers and very organized. They arrived on time, started setting up the cover ups and completed the demo of the old tub enclosure. Today, they finished up and it looks amazing. The entire process with Kohler showers was very positive for us. Everything thing they said would happen, did.

Jordan offered the best customer service. I am very grateful for her attention to detail. Pablo and others worked so hard to remove the old shower and install the new one. His construction skills are top-notch. He is also wonderful to work with. I am very happy that I chose Kohler.

Loved that it took only 1 day to complete the removal and installation of 1 patio sliding door and 2 windows. Pablo and Luis's work was clean, meticulous, efficient and well planned out. Project - 2 Showerstall Installations
From the moment we sat with the head of the San Diego office to discuss products services and price to the final sign off with the lead member of the construction team, Kohler San Diego out performed in every aspect of their work in which they not only take pride, and take very seriously and personally.
There meticulous attention to detail began with encapsulation of the project areas which included floors and walls as well as creating access points through the 2 project areas for us to movee from our living area to the bedroom after work was completed at the end of the day. The rest of the day involved removal of the fixtures sliding glass doors and demolition of the contractor grade modular shower cubicle which exposed non code compliant electrical wiring Which was promptly re-routed and protected as required by code.
At the end of each phase of work photographs were sent to the county building inspector who came through and did a final inspection and signed off on the complted work. A copy of the approval we received electronically a few days later.
Work entailed rerouted plumbing vents and drains additional framing for the plumbing systems hand rails and to support the cast-iron shower pan. Then installing LuxStone wall panels mounting fixtures and installing the sliding glass doors
There were a few technical issues associated with the the controls which required technical support from the engineers in Wisconsin. What was striking about the installation team, was the dogged determination they showed to get both the pressure and temperature regulators properly adjusted to perform as designed.
Every stage was photographed and submitted to the county building inspector. Upon completion of the work an on-site inspection was done and a we received an electronic copy of the approval by email.

My wife and I have done DIY and contractor supported bathroom remodels But none come close to the ecstatic feelings we have with these two shower remodel projects.
In my decades of design and construction experience I have not seen such meticulous execution of work.
When the team cleaned up and we signed off on the work it looked like nobody had been in our home to undertake any work, let alone a bathroom remodeling project.
My wife and I have absolutely no hesitations or reservations in recommending them to undertake this type of work and the systems they installed.

All the workers that remodeled my bathtub to a walk in shower were if the highest caliber in professionalism and costumer care. That said the Kohler company as a whole was way below my expectations. Kohler is the company that I choose to do my shower conversation (after interviewing 3 other companies. The people in charge (over the phone where almost clueless) I spoke with a young man named Corey who didn't have very many answers to my questions. He referred me to Alexander (who is a supervisor) I told him all the requirements that's needed for the install here in the building. I'm on the HOA board and I know the rules in the condo. A week or so later Alexander got in touch with our management company asking all the things I had already told him. They didn't understand why he was asking them the things he was already told about. Then he set a start date with management of which I wasn't aware of. He finally called me to let me know. The job (I was told) should take about 5 days and then a final inspection. Three weeks later they finally finished. Perry (one of the companies lead worker had to come and adjust the main valve, adjust the drain cover (as it was off center and had a sharp edge that if not careful could cut my toe) . He had to replace the rubber threshold seal as the one that was put in was damaged upon installation. He also had to touch up some paint.
Over all and after all that has been said, the shower is quite nice. It is what I've been hoping for.
As an added note, today (Tuesday) a day after I posted my rewiew, I received a call from one of the Kohler managers. She was very apologetic for all that took place with my shower conversation. She took full responsibility for the unfortunate mishaps that accured during my build, and said many new policies will be put in place. I was very moved by how customer service was very important to her and Kohler. I thanked her for that and her actions saved Kohler a customer with a lot of friends that are interested in bathroom remodels.

This shower insert is a great Kohler product. Installation was seamless. Gilbert and Arturo are hard workers, pleasant and know what they are doing. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Kohler.

Three weeks ago we got new windows and sliding door put in to replace our old ones. Stephen and his coworker they came in and was very professional and cleaned up after their job and we would recommend them to anybody that was interested in getting new windows.

We are so happy with our new double-paned windows. It was a long time coming because we wanted to be sure we were working with an excellent company that we could trust. Lifetime Home Remodeling fit the bill.

Two teams worked this project, as two bathrooms were involved, replacing cast iron bathtubs with walk-in showers. Kyle and Jose, team 1, so named as they arrived on the first day, had first pick of bathrooms. It was their team that faced the most challenges and handled them expertly. Wrong labeling on the delivered items was the culprit--completely out of the hands of the workmen. Phil and his work mate Rogillio were called team 2, as they arrived on day 2. Both teams exhibited the picture of professionalism. They were on time, worked efficiently, and most importantly, cleaned up after themselves. When they hit a snag, such as the wrong product delivered, they worked to correct the issue in order to have the project completed on time. They accommodated my schedule for inspections. I'm very pleased with the completed project.
